The space includes 2 bedrooms that sleep up to 4 people each, a fully a fully equipped guest kitchen & 2 guest bathrooms on the 2nd level, main floor guest sitting room with fireplace, satellite tv, free wifi, private parking, lots of outdoor space and fire pit. Located about 1.5 hours from Toronto & Niagara Falls, 1 hour from London & Kitchener-Waterloo, you will find friendly people and picturesque vistas in Norfolk and Haldimand Counties, and easy day trip accessibility to many local attractions.

To keep safe with Covid-19, breakfast is no longer provided, but guests may bring in and prepare their own food and beverages. Also the space is kept vacant 72 hours after checkout before being cleaned and sanitized for the next guests. The guest suite is completely separated from the owners' quarters, which helps to easily maintain social distancing.

Waterford, "Home of the Pumpkinfest" has a long & interesting history. It has some big city amenities with that great small town feel. There is lots to see and do! Beautiful Port Dover Beach is just 15 minutes from here and Turkey Point is 25 minutes away. Simcoe is less than ten minutes away and Brantford/403 just 25 minutes away for anything else you may need on your stay.
