Great location

We had a great stay! The property is in the perfect location, walking distance to the beach, cafes and shops. The house was perfect size for a big family catch up.

Beach Getaway

We love staying so close to the beach and shops. My grandkids can get on their scooters and be at the beach in no time!

Great holiday stay

Location, location, location

Amazing location, right in the heart of all that Cowes has to offer. Only a few minutes walk to beach, cafes, supermarket, restaurants, etc, etc, etc. Property was clean and well stocked with all you could need. Definitely looking forward to returning.

Beautiful house centrally located

The house is very beautiful and located in proximity to everything, don’t need a car for anything. Very clean and spacious and comfortable. Absolutely enjoyed our time with our family, highly recommend.

A wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful time. The location was great and we really enjoyed it. The only hiccup was that the hot water unit was broken when we arrived but this was quickly rectified and repaired when we notified the property managers. Overall a great trip

Cowes revisited

Clean and well appointed. Separate lounge for kids with Xbox and countless games. Walking distance onto town.

Excellent winter holiday

There was a bit of bird poo on the dining chairs so maybe a bird got in there for a while! 😹 And some available firewood would have been helpful, otherwise it was a wonderful cosy house for our family of 12 with 3 generations, thanks so much!!

Simply superb

Property is well maintained and managed and surrounded by all amenities, very close to beach. “We Were Amazed How Big And Beautiful The Place Was. It Exceeded More Than What We Expected…☺️☺️” . only issue we had is not enough hot water come through showers

Large family stay

We had a lovely stay here, property is in a great location we simply walked everywhere, shops, dinner, coffee in the morning or simply going for a walk. The house had a modern split system and the kitchen had all required cooking items the property is large and good for a bigger group though there are aspects of the furniture that are tired and already broken one of the small tables legs in a bedroom are broken we went to lift it to move it and the leg just fell over we also had a issue with the linen service but the property manager was straight onto it and had it fixed within a hour Overall we loved the house and would stay here again.

Girls getaway

This is a great place to stay, clean, lots of space and great location. Walking distance to everything. Only one negative, the bedroom with bunk beds could do with new beds, they were squeaky and not that comfy, door need to be fixed as well, it doesn’t shut properly. That was the only negative and not a major one. Just a suggestion as the whole rest of the house was amazing. Loved the large lounge where we could all sit together and big table, great open and wonderful for just sitting round and relaxing. Thank you so much. Would definitely stay again.

Place was very clean and tidy and quiet. The lounge room was very comfortable..

Some things that could be better: Some toilet paper please. The shower has very little water pressure and barely enough to get wet. This was very disappointing as was the ill-fitting main bathroom shower door which is very difficult to open and close. This should be repaired asap.

House is fine but property manager is abusive

We had a great stay in the house. Unfortunately the weekend was left on a sour note though as I got a phone call from the property manager accusing me of stealing a cushion. When I explained that I did not, I was called a liar and verbally abused. I recommend anyone intending to stay here take a video on your entry to the property to avoid any accusations from the incredibly rude manager.

Thank you for the 4 star review, the property is great as you mention and as managers it is our job to follow up and keep the property in good condition. In response to the accusation of being called names and abused, this has never been the case, we always value our guests and treat them with respect. The cleaner advised us that the couch cushion was missing after your departure and on the owners request we called to find out what had happened to it. You replied that you found it like that, to which we advised that it should have been reported to us immediately on your arrival to take the blame off yourself. This is common practice with all Holiday rental properties.

Great location, big house but filthy

We hired this house for a week and spent the first day cleaning it to make it liveable. There was thick dust on every surface, the floors were covered in debris from a big gap under the back door. The cold tap in the main bathroom was broken and unusable. There was broken furniture in the bedrooms, ceiling fan didn’t work. The big 10 person dinning table is so bowed only 6 can sit at a flat area. There were cobwebs everywhere. Definitely not cleaned prior to our arrival. Such a shame as the layout of the house was good, the location was amazing but the property is clearly not managed well.

We did find this time that the cleanliness of the property was not as good as the first time and using the frypans was difficult as they don’t heat up evenly as they are bowed and don’t sit flat on the hot plates

BBQ had not been cleaned (food scraps), takeaway ice cream container left on top of cupboard & thick layer of dust on cabinet in games room.
