Ali'i Beach Rentals Include:
- Beach chairs, boogie board, and cooler
- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note that:
- Stairs link the condos in this complex, there is no elevator
- This is a legal one-bedroom condo because of its spacious size and full-scope kitchen, however this condo does not have a door to separate the bedroom and living room.

Ali’i Beach Rentals is a full-service professional vacation rental company. We have our own in house maintenance, cleaning team, and professional property managers located in our Waikiki office who are available by phone 24/7 in case of emergencies.

Host left a cute basket of goodies and water for our arrival... the apartment was comfy and welcoming and the perfect spot to lay our heads after a long day at the beach and shopping... there were a few ants in the bathroom and by the bed in the bedroom but nothing crazy that you wouldn't find in a hot tropical location... this is the second time we've stayed at this apartment complex and each time was great... we will be back next year, same time but maybe not on the top floor as there is no way to get to there but 3 fights of stairs... Def not handicap inclusive...

We quite like this property. It unbeatable in terms of location and has a mini kitchen which is a big plus. They used to have parking as well, but, unfortunately that's no longer available

The property is great, close to the beach, restaurants and transportation. The only downside is the 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. We knew about that before we booked so we tuffed it out.

Overall stay was great, for the price the room was very equipped and comfortable, only complaint is the area around the hotel, particularly the street to access the property could get very sketchy at night. Despite this I would certainly stay here again for the price we paid and the straightforward directions to access and leave the property.

Just OK

Space was adequate for 2 adults and one child. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and dishes. Carpets, bathroom, and overall needed a deep scrubbing. Could also use a general update as decor is old. Floors were in need of reno, planks were separating. Shower doors could not be moved to close with breaking. Bed linens were nice and crisp white, towels were hotel qualutu, very nice. Location was noisy due to being so close to Kalakaua. Great for going to the beach.

GREAT LOCATION AND SERVICE

I loved that our location was so close to the beach and also not in a super populated tourist area. The street we are on has food trucks as well which made it convenient to get food if I didn’t want to walk too far for food. Our fan didn’t work when we got there and I was able to get in touch with the property manager and they were able to send someone to check it out the next day. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here! Great price, service, and location !!!

Great for an extended stay

This property has everything that a home has. There is laundry on site, full kitchen (with all the pots, pans, utensils, a rice cooker, coffee pot, and more), and room for a couple with two children (or 4 adults total, but two will sleep on twin size beds). Very close to Waikiki Beach, a 3 minute walk at most. Communication was great, as I had questions, the property managers promptly replied and assisted. If you have a car, make sure you reserve a parking spot, or you'll need to park on the street. Overall, I'd book here again on my next stay.

Great Location

It was a very clean place and located next to the zoo and a block from the beach. Great location, comfortable. My only con was no elevator and was on the 4th floor. Also had trouble getting key and no one answered call or returned voicemail. Luckily i got in, but i was majorly stressed with the idea there was no one to reach
