Our CUTE efficiency condo only needs one thing...YOU!!

Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, two queen size beds (sleeps 4), couch, recliner, and 55-inch television. Located on the 3rd floor, you are within steps of the beach (walk thru the pool area and you are there!), oversized swimming pool, grilling area, snack bar and a kiddie pool for the toddlers who don't like the waves or sand!

**$30 resort fee due at the time of arrival
**You will be emailed our online agreement to fill out & sign

THINGS TO DO CLOSE BY:

Located in Panama City Beach within walking distance: Pineapple Willy's, Hammerhead Fred's, Hershey's Ice Cream Shop, shopping, go karts, bungee jumping, and WalMart is just a 1/2 mile away!
We are also across the street from the 18-hole signal hill golf course and one mile from zoo world. Miniature golf, charter fishing, and dolphin encounters are all within five miles of the resort. Many other attractions including Ripley's Believe It or Not, Shipwreck Island Water Park, and Captain Anderson's are nearby.

Great stay

Clean clean clean condo! Everything you need. Easy check in and out. Quick walk to pool and beach. Stairs are not bad since it’s 3rd floor. Awesome vacation we will be back.

It was a great view and location, downside was it wasn’t cleaned that well but other than that it was a good place to stay.

The security is pretty strict. I didn’t like not having my own balcony. Other than that we had a great time staff was all friendly.

It was a nice location

This was our first time taking a family vacation. The place and location wasn't bad. Overall it was good. Cons were that we couldn't find a broom and the thing we entered our code to get into does and we had to get assistance In the middle of the night. But at least there seemed to be a plan when that happened.

Amazing Family vacation!

We looked and looked for weeks for a place to say through Fourth of July vacation. With everything being so high price we didn’t think we were going to get the opportunity to go to Florida this year. Thankfully we came across this listing. It is a studio style room with two beds exactly like the listing showed. This location is perfect for a small family. It was myself my husband in our two kids who are five and six. The location is perfect very close to restaurants in activities and it is right on the beach with a beach view from the room . We got the opportunity to meet the owners in person and they are absolutely wonderful! We will absolutely be back!

The room was fine but not quite what we expected.

Corye was excellent to work with and the in and out process was very smooth. I loved the parking on site because you are able to park in a lot right near the entrance. There was never any problem with waiting on the elevators. The location was also very nice in the less crowded part of the strip. There were no backups on the roads. As far as the room goes, it looks just like in the picture, except in real life things are a little more dated and less “luxurious” than we were expecting for the price. It was comfortable enough that we weren’t miserable, but not nice enough that we were impressed. I think it just depends on what you are looking for in a place to stay at the beach.

Family Vacation

Great property in an excellent area! The owner had great communication in a timely manner and was even kind enough to find and send my son's stuffed bunny he left there. Perfect for small family or couples. The pool was nice and the beach was not usually crowded. Definitely recommend.

Amazing place

We have been planning a girls trip for 6 months. We found this condo and loved it. It was perfect for us. Everyone was so nice. We will definitely look at renting here again.

Great location!

Only issue we had was the guard said we couldn’t have a party of 5 staying there and we explained to him that when we booked I made sure the listing would accommodate the whole party 2 adults 2 children 1 infant. He said he would discuss with owner. So I’m guessing some things have changed since we booked. Also, we didn’t get check in details until the hour before check in which made me a little nervous. The property is very small as stated in listing but we were ok with that as we spent most of our time on the beach and in pool. The first thing I noticed when walking in was the condo had a clean smell and was decorated nice. The location is great and the beach was very clean and not crowded at all. Condo had some construction going on when we were there but no complaints on that. Neighbors were blaring music until 12:30 or so. But wasn’t a big issue for us. Ripley’s and wonder world are right around the corner along with some gift shops. We ate at sharky’s and had a good time on one of our days because there was double red flags for the beach. The pool area was clean and very nice! We would recommend to family and friends. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place to getaway!

We had a great time staying here for our short weekend quick getaway. The pictures you see on the site is exactly what you will see when entering the room. The room was clean when we arrived! There was some construction going on on the roof but it did not interrupt sleep at all. We would love to come back in the future and bring our 2 kids! Thanks for a great stay Corye and for being easy to work with on such a short notice!!

The desk staff was good and cleaning staff was friendly. Loved the easy access to the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice. Thought the cost for renting beach chairs and umbrellas quite high - $50 for the day! Nice to be able to walk to Barefoot bar and grill for meals and Sharkys for a nice fish dinner. Room was extra nice with a sitting room. Balcony was great.

Family Vacation

Room was great!!! I thought it had a ocean view from listing but it has a view mainly of the parking lot. Very small view of the beach from a corner window. Other than that the room was great. Very clean, comfy beds .

Quiet place to stay during spring break

My family had a great time. The check in was easy we only had to stop by and pay the $20 to get our bands within 24 hours of getting there. Lots to do in the area. Beach was quiet compared to Pier Park area. Room was great the kids didn't like the bunk beds said they couldnt get comfortable in them so they used the other bed and couch. Wish it had a private balcony but with the windows it was fine we could see the beach from the windows. Pineapple Willy was within a mile of us great food and drinks. If I had to find one thing to improve is we couldn't find the TV remote while we where there and now that I think about it I should of let the owner know about it but we didn't watch much tv just 30 mins before bed so we didn't care. If I would of let her know I'm sure she would of replaced it within a few hours. All in all we had a good time and we will be back.

The unit is exactly as it was advertised. Right on the beach, everything that you could need included. The owner is exceptional when it comes to communication. Will stay again for sure.

Amazing location!! Great View!

I loved this condo! It was amazing all the staff was super friendly! The pool was super nice and kid friendly! The room was enough space for my family of 5 to fit comfortably. The owner was very responsive. She was quick to reach back whenever I needed anything! Overall great time and would love to stay again!!
