The minute you open the door and walk up the stairs to this carriage house, you will be glad you decided to stay here! Professionally decorated, open airy feel, community pool, fully equipped and a 5-minute walk to the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

The Calypso Pointe neighborhood is situated in beautiful Dune Allen beach. It is less then 1/2 mile to the beaches and offers a quiet gated neighborhood with a community pool. Because it is centrally located, you can bike to Pizza by the Sea in Gulf Place or head west and enjoy some seafood from Stinky's Fish Camp.

Match Pointe has a king size bed in the bedroom with a full bathroom. The queen-sized sleeper sofa offers an additional bed for 2. The dining room seats 4 and is open to the fully equipped kitchen.

Dune Allen also offers more than five miles of breathtaking trails in Topsail Hill Preserve State Park — making it a dream destination for nature lovers and ecosplorers. Come unwind and relax in the most inspiring type of setting.
Start each day with a walk along the sugar-white sand; then, rent a bike and pedal your way along the Timpoochee Trail. Any Dune Allen visitor must make a stop along the Oyster Lake bridge — this stunning walkway is the perfect backdrop for a South Walton family photo.
At the end of the day, kick back and enjoy live music and fresh seafood at Stinky's Fish Camp. A South Walton favorite for nearly a decade, this restaurant was recently named as one of the Top 10 Places to Eat Like a Local by USA Today.
