Great property. Easy to walk to town and quicksilver lift. Also great shuttles. The accommodations were good. Upper loft is a great use of space and for the kids.

We enjoyed this condo. 7 total beds with sleeping for up to 10. It was tight for our group of 8. The stairs/ladder to the loft and third bedroom are very steep. Nicely equipped kitchen and unit. Right at a shuttle stop. Walking into town was easy, too far to walk to lift in ski boots but ok in snowboard gear. Hot tub was not working properly during stay. We would go back.

Smallish, clean and utilitarian. Fine for single family. Our biggest complaint was slow clearance of heavy snow in outdoor parking lot and sidewalks. To be fair, we got pounded with over 12” of snow, but parking lot was not cleared quickly enough. Beware of low garage clearance if you have a ski rack.

We really enjoyed our Stay

Hello, We really enjoyed our stay. It was just my husband, my 2 teenagers and myself. The only issues we had were as follows: 1. The Beds were really hard. The master bed was really lumpy. 2. The Hot Tub was not working on Tuesday. 3. The upstairs bathroom toilet kept running. Other than that, we loved our stay and hope to return!! Thank you, Julia

Great for families!

Overall the property was just as expected. It was ideal for a family. The kitchen even had some condiments we needed. The beds were a little hard. The hot tub needed to be drained, cleaned and it was not hot.

Great condo and location

We had a great time staying at powder ridge. We felt the place was better than we even expected from the pictures. We had a small group, but there is plenty of room for large groups or families in this condo. We went skiing at copper mountain and stayed in breckinridge. The walk to the main street was easy, just 5 min walk through a plowed on-foot snow trail. We have no complaints and will definitely look to stay here again in the future if available.

Great unit at a great price!

Unit was perfect! Four adults and two children with plenty of beds and baths! Pillows are kind of flat and hard but there were extras to double up. If you have a favorite pillow then bring it. Location is also great as it is a short walk to downtown Breck.

Wonderful condo, great service, great location

Clean, well equipped condo. Hot tub is close. Close distance to Main Street and all the attractions. Super helpful service, we had a family member get HAPE and couldn’t leave the mountain. Summit was very helpful and accommodating for the additonal days.

Cute little condo!

I thought this condo was pretty much perfect. Although smaller than you would think, it had everything we needed. We were able to fit 7 adults in their 20s and 30s in the condo. The 2.5 baths is great and the kitchen was very large with plenty of seating. I thought the location was perfect. There is a bus stop across the street that can bring you to the lifts. It is also an easy walk to main street, especially the Breckenridge Brewery. My only 2 "complaints" (its a stretch to call it a true complaint) is the condo is kind of small and was difficult for us to all sit comfortably in the living room and we had to wait to get in the hot tub one night because it was too full. I think I am being too picky! Overall, great place. I would stay here again.

Our condo was in a great location, close to the lifts, walkable from the bars and restaurants and right next to a bus stop. The place was great, however the pictures made it seem like it was bigger than it was. The bedrooms and loft were decent sizes. The hallway area for coats is long and skinny. Being on the 2nd floor with a lot of stuff was difficult. More amenities like TP would have been appreciated.

Great winter stay in great Breckendridge location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo; it was perfect for our purposes. The location is great - a 10 minute or less walk from everything you need, including restaurants, grocery store and the Quicksilver chair at Breckenridge (well, maybe 15 minutes to the chair in ski boots - just don't miss the staircase passthroughs next to Empire Burger at La Cima Mall and next to the green house on Ridge St, otherwise you'll be taking a longer route). In addition to the easy walking, the Blue Route of Breck's free ride shuttle stops in both directions just outside of the condo parking lot. This makes for easy rides to either the gondola or Beaver Run chair. We didn't move the car once it was parked in the condo's space in the underground parking garage. As for the condo itself, it is in great condition and was plenty big enough for our group. The extra beds in the loft space meant everyone could have their own bed, and the half bath upstairs meant no need to come down the steep staircase at night. The kitchen is huge and was fully stocked for our needs. And the living space was also sufficient. There is no dining room table, but plenty of seating space along the counter separating the kitchen and living room. We had only two small complaints. First, there wasn't sufficient storage for ski equipment; it ended up piling just inside the front entryway, because there is no closet / locker for it. And second, the unit's cable box is connected to the small television in the loft, rather than to the big-screen TV in the living room. This seemed a bit odd, as it meant the better channel selection was only available upstairs. It also seems like an easy fix, however. Overall, we would definitely recommend this condo to any group for their stay.
