Comfortable home with perfect location for what we needed! Bill and Dani were great to work with. We would definitely stay again! The upstairs bathrooms are very nice, as is the kitchen. The downstairs bathroom leaves a bit to be desired, but it sure was nice to have three full bathrooms with our group. If youā€™re looking for something clean, comfortable, and not fussy, this is a great spot!

My buddies and I had a great time at this property. It was far enough and close enough to Broadway at the same time. The host was kind enough to leave cookies and water for us to enjoy after a day of whiskey tasting. The house was nestled in a beautiful area that was a welcome quiet away from downtown. There were 4 of us but plenty of space for more. See ya next time 10 out of 10

This was the perfect retreat for a family get together. We had three preteen to teenagers in tow and they loved each having their own space and pool table. There was plenty of space to spread out when people needed time apart, but big enough areas that we could all sit around and talk together. we loved coffee on the back deck in the mornings and listening to the cows across the street. We even got to see a large flock of turkeys and a family of deer with two babies.

The house is really nice and comfortable for the 9 adults in our group. Kitchen was nicely equipped with all the kitchen needs and more. Rooms were very nice and roomy. They couple things I would suggest is hand towels and hooks to hang them on. They had a lot of towels and wash clothes but no hand towels to dry hands. The patio with the tile floor was quite slippery to walk on and it had rain the entire time we were there. I would suggest a rubber matt to walk on just to help with slipping or falling or being able to use the front door so wouldnā€™t need to walk on that tile when wet. Would be a great area to sit outside when the sun is out. Overall very nice place with lots of room and huge yard. The deck with outside seating was awesome to sit and have coffee in the morning. Beautiful area. Very close to downtown Nashville. The hosts were very nice to work with. For my first time doing VRBO it was a great experience overall.

Great Home!

We loved staying here, my fiance and friends came to Nashville for a concert at Nissan Stadium, it was a great location. It was quiet and we could see some animals from the back deck which we loved, there was plenty of space for everyone to have their own room and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms with 6 people! It was clean and decorated for fall when we got there, hosts are very easy to talk with and are available basically immediately if you need something or have questions. Next time we come to Nashville weā€™d love to come back here!

Great Stay with Perfect Location

The house is in a perfect location for taking a quick ride to downtown while also providing an enjoyable location to keep you comfortable and entertained. We enjoyed the privacy of the yard and deck. The house did seem to need a bit of a fix up, some doors were hard to open/close and the deck wall seemed as it would fall (on to any cars parked in the driveway) if they were leaned on. But if those are big issues for you, then this house is great pick. Only issue I had was that there was a very lengthy check-out process messaged to me by the owner a day or two before the check-out date. This was quite a shock since the listing does not have any check-out instructions listed.

Sibling reunion

This was a get-together of 5 siblings from all over the country to just have a fun, quiet weekend and the Woodland Oasis was perfect. It had plenty of room--4 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeping area downstairs--a big kitchen, huge dining table, a nice living room and a great covered porch for sitting outside. It sits on 2 or 3 acres so it is really quiet and peaceful and we had tons of birds and squirrels and even a fox come by to entertain us. It was close to shopping and groceries and restaurants, so it really was ideal. We really loved it.

Nice home lots of space only one tv for a party of 7 Can use better lighting especially near the door where the key pad is located had to use flash light to , the outside of the home can use a face lift and pressure wash. Overall nice close to downtowns, shopping and food. Host was great regarding response time.

Quiet, beautiful, spacious home!

We were very happy with our stay here. The place is humongous and there was plenty of room for the 5 of us. The property is quiet and clean with great outdoor spaces. It was close enough to the highway to make going out to different places around Nashville simple, but located in such a way that it felt very suburban and green. Would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

A small group of friends and I take a trip to Nashville every spring for my birthday. The house was just what we needed. Plenty of room for a big breakfast together, plenty of seating outside to enjoy good company, we even had a few visits from a some turkeys. It was a short Lyft ride to town and the location wasnā€™t hard to find. We did have a storm while we were there which ended up knocking out the power for a bit but we spent most of that time in town. The owners were very accommodating and easy to contact as well, and were great about keeping us updated with the power situation. All in all it was a great stay.

Bad vibes

The house looked just as listed, is a lovely house & plenty of room for the 6 of us. House was clean & had all the amenities we needed. Nice view, quiet neighborhood, nice back porch to hang out on butā€¦ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦ā€¦the smell in the house was awful, just a very old smell & the basement room with the pool table smelled very musty & like mildew which is where we actually started killing wasp from day one! Most would show up in the basement room with the pool table but started making their way into the house! We had noticed a window to a room from the outside where we could see the wasps flying around in there & was flying into the vent going into the attic! The room was locked from the inside but wasp would come from under the door! I did contact the owner & they offered to come spray but I was worried about stirring them up more & making them come into the house so we decided to just let them be & hope no more came out! We ended up killing a total of 10 the first 2 days & decided to leave a day early, the house just gave off bad vibes & everyone was uncomfortable staying there! The smell of the house was getting too much to handle & the big kitchen window had no curtains or anything on it so felt as though we could be seen from anyone outside! Breakfast bars were there for you & after eating a few we noticed they were all expired!
