Our spacious, eco-friendly home is perfect for families, guy/girl trips, musicians & artists, and business travel! The floorplan includes 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 10 guests, 3 full baths, 2 living rooms (main has a 65” TV!), an open kitchen that boasts marble countertops, and a deck with a barbecue for grilling. Furnished by J & K Design Studio, we love our home and hope you will too!

We offer all of the luxury comforts of a high-end hotel, yet with the familiarity of your first home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need, and is perfect for entertaining or cooking during your visit. Our bathrooms offer all toiletries and hair dryers. We strive for an eco-friendly luxury experience, and include biodegradable and non-toxic bathroom toiletries, sustainable paper products, and organic sheets.

If you are here to explore East Nashville, you’ll find yourself 1.5 miles from trendy restaurants like Pharmacy, Mas Tacos, and Lyra, and 2 miles from Five Points, the heart of East Nashville’s eclectic bar scene & restaurants with offerings like Treehouse, Margot, Five Points Pizza, 3 Crow Bar, Van Dyke, Rosemary, 308, Bongo Java, I Dream of Weenie, Tenn16, Battered & Fried, Burger Up, Soda Parlor, and many more!
