The oversized kitchen, open living/dining areas, spacious patio areas, and enormous backyard make this an excellent setting for groups.

Extra tables and chairs can be provided to accommodate your group, including setups for sit-down meals of approximately 20–25 people indoors or outdoors.

There are no security cameras anywhere inside the home or in the private backyard/patio areas.

Two exterior security cameras are located on structures on the east and west sides of the property. They are positioned toward the front gate, which is the property’s only access point, for security and safety purposes.

🧼 Professional Cleaning

Professional cleaning crews thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between every reservation. Fresh linens and towels are provided for approved guests.
