• Additional twin beds and air mattresses available
• Living room sofas may also be used for sleeping
• Room dividers available for additional privacy in open sleeping areas

Depending on the sleeping configuration, the home can accommodate up to 19–21 overnight guests.

Important: The base rate includes the first 6 guests. Additional guest charges apply for each person above 6. All overnight guests must be accurately disclosed when booking.

All bedding, linens and bath towels are provided, along with pool towels and bathrobes.

The home is located in an established, quiet neighborhood with sidewalks, mature trees, a park, green space and restaurants, stores and supermarkets within approximately two blocks.

✨ YOUR STAY

You have exclusive private use of the home and backyard during your reservation. No shared pool or common outdoor areas.

Professional cleaning crews thoroughly clean and sanitize the home between reservations. Fresh linens and towels are provided for every stay.

Hosts may personally welcome you at check-in and provide a brief orientation and helpful tips. Self check-in is also available depending on Host availability, with phone, FaceTime or video support when needed.

You’ll also have 24/7 Host support throughout your stay.

The home features keyless entry, providing convenient 24-hour access without physical keys.

🧹 CHECKOUT & CLEANING

Regular checkout is 10:00 AM, although flexible checkout may sometimes be available depending on the reservation calendar and cleaning schedule.

Your cleaning fee covers professional post-stay cleaning of floors and bathrooms, as well as laundering bed linens and towels. Guests are not required to perform a deep clean.

A short checkout checklist is provided with your pre-arrival information. Guests are asked to take out garbage, load/clean dishes and complete a few basic departure items. Additional cleaning charges may apply if excessive cleaning is required.

🛡️ DAMAGE PROTECTION

Every reservation includes a Damage Protection Policy covering eligible accidental damages up to the applicable coverage limit secured with the reservation, subject to the policy terms.

Guests are expected to promptly and accurately report any accidental damage during their stay.

Your privacy is important to us.

Exterior security cameras are located only at property access points and are intended for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in the private backyard, patio or pool areas.

The back patio gate remains closed and locked from the exterior during your stay.

Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

We ask guests to provide an accurate count of everyone who will be staying at or visiting the property. Please message the Hosts through the booking platform with any questions regarding guest counts, visitors, pricing or special arrangements.

Same-day/last-minute reservations may sometimes be possible. Because booking platforms may block same-day reservations, please message the Hosts directly to check availability. Same-day bookings may require an additional 2–3 hours before check-in to allow adequate preparation of the home.
