Gennadi Serenity House-Beachfront Villa is a spacious independent beachfront villa located in Gennadi, southeast Rhodes. It is located in a unique location in front of a beautiful and almost private beach, ideal for couples, families and friends who want to enjoy the summer life by the beach and at the same time be close to everything.
The villa was tastefully created with sunny and airy rooms. The interiors combine simple elegance and beautiful design with comfort and luxury. It can accommodate up to 7 people in 2 separate bedrooms fully air-conditioned: the master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two large single beds. There is also a baby cot upon request and a folding bed that can be placed in one of the bedrooms or in the spacious living room.
Inside the house has a vibrant open design that offers a bright, airy, sunny environment. The common area includes a comfortable living room with a double sofa bed, a dining area and a seating area with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and Netflix streaming.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary small and large electrical appliances to prepare the meals you want.
The bathroom consists of a WC, a modern,large shower cabin and a washing machine. Of course we provide all the necessary toiletries and towels for your stay.
In addition, the villa has 3 air-conditioned units included in the price.
Outside, the villa features a large private garden with a newly built swimming pool with sunbathing terraces, sun loungers and umbrellas, a shady pavilion, BBQ facilities, outdoor seating and dining area and private parking.There is also a fantastic, private balcony and a shaded terrace with outdoor furniture where you can relax overlooking the Mediterranean Sea while enjoying your dinner!
Full cleaning service before your arrival alongside with all necessary linen and towels are included in the cost of your stay(plus extra linen,towels for longer stays) as well as a generous welcome package including wine and traditional Rhodian treatments.

Gennadi is a quiet area in South Rhodes, in the Dodecanese region with very beautiful scenery and the cleanest pebble and sandy beach in Rhodes. Gennadi beach has also been awarded the Blue Flag certifying its exceptional waters.
Many traditional tavernas are 800 metres away in the village and on the main beach and a lovely beach bar (Mojito) is about 2kms away. There is also a pharmacy next to the local medical center on the main road, just 600 meters from the villa.
The property is about 57 km away from Diagoras airport and 65km from the city center of Rhodes. The famous Lindos is only a 20-minute drive away.

For guests to be worry free and leave with happy memories, security is always a top priority for us. For that reason a security camera is installed on the outside entrance of the property in such a way that it oversees only the parking area in the back yard.It can't monitor any activity in the other outside areas of the property(e.g.the pool area,the front garden or patio) so it doesn't affect the guests' privacy.
