This beautiful villa is perfect for small family groups seeking a quiet, relaxing holiday. It has a commanding view over Gennadi Bay and gets sunshine all day from sunrise to sunset.

The villa is on a large 1000sq.m private site and has extensive out door living space with a large pergola. We love sitting on the patio either enjoying a greek salad while looking out to sea, having a barbecue or later in the day enjoying a cocktail as we watch the sun going down over the mountain behind us. The wide open space gives you a real sense of being away from everything. There is also quite a bit of wildlife to observe including buzzards, bee eaters, lizards, hares and the occasional deer.

On the ground floor patio doors open out on to the pergola, which itself opens on to the swimming pool with its sun loungers. There is a private upstairs sun terrace, which is not overlooked, if you want an all over tan! Air-conditioning in every room keeps the rooms cool at night.

Downstairs there is a well equipped kitchen, dining room, shower room and living room. The villa has a high speed internet connection and comes equipped with Satellite TV, DVD, PlayStation 2 and a stereo. Upstairs are the bedrooms and main bathroom with patio doors opening on to the large upstairs sun terrace.
