We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and the location was great. We spent time kayaking and snorkeling several local springs and spent a day at Daytona beach. Highly recommend and hope to come back.

Perfect for the springs

Every other year my family plans a trip to the Ocala National Forest to hit the springs. This home was perfectly located for us to visit Silver Glen, Salt, and Alexander. The home gave us ample space for 7 adults, cooking, laundry, and game night. Loved it!

Pulled off a birthday surprise for my FiancƩ for his 25th at his favorite place and we had the best time! The house was clean, cozy , and well equipped for what was needed. We were able to tie our boat at the backyard dock which was very convenient and easy for us. We stayed on the water everyday whether it was hanging at Silver Glen or Salt Springs, fishing in the canals, or just hanging out on the dock. We enjoyed our stay and hopefully plan to rent again at this place in the future!

Fishing Fun in the Sun

We loved the house. The fishing dock was amazing. Sooo much space. We were able to have 3-4 fishing rods in the water at the same time. We loved the local restaurants (Castaways, Drifters, etc). Good times!!

National Forest/springs getaway

This is the perfect place for a nice, peaceful getaway. We had a blast visiting the springs by day and hanging out on the deck overlooking the canal in the evening. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and house was clean and comfortable! Jan (the owner) was friendly and quick to respond to any questions that I had. This is the perfect location if you want to explore the springs in Ocala National Forest! I hope to visit again next year!

Riverside Retreat is a great get-a-way

We spent 4 nights and loved it. Some of us came by boat and found easy docking on the bulkhead (canal & bulkhead were just as described.) There was plenty of room for two boats. It was a short, easy run to Silver Glen and dinner at Drifter's waterfront. There was plenty of room in the driveway for those that drove. There was lots of room for the four kiddos and full kings in the master and guest BRs. The place was clean and well cared for. The host was very responsive to texts/questions. Overall, we really enjoyed it - it was a great get-a-way and we will come back.

Lovely home!

Our family has traveled often and this was the cleanest property we have ever stayed in. The home was well layed out and was spacious enough for all of us. The location on the river was lovely and quiet. The hosts, Jan and Ardie were responsive before and during our stay and greeted us when we arrived. We will return as soon as we can!

Amazing and Relaxing

Of all the places I have stayed at for many years, I have never rented a place that was so well stocked, thoughtful of everything, considerate of things most places donā€™t even think of! This place was quiet, despite being in a neighborhood, it was clean and a wonderful place for me and my family! I loved being close to the beaches and to the springs! The hosts were amazing and greater us upon our arrival! By far one of the best places Iā€™ve ever stayed!

The property was amazing. Great location. Restaurant's right down the road and a little grocery market right across the main road. Short drive to Daytona and the springs. Fishing was great off the dock when the weather would cooperate. Boat ramp was a short distance on water. Will definitely be back

Outstanding!

We travel a good bit and have stayed in many places, but this was as clean, well stocked and prepared place we have ever stayed. The guest contacts were great hosts. The microwave went out and they literally responded in 5 minutes and showed up at the door with a new microwave in no time. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolute Perfection

My wife and I have done a significant amount of traveling, both domestic and internationally. This residence was by far the cleanest and best maintained place weā€™ve ever experienced. Itā€™s a great location, within driving distance to many attractions. The property manager, Ardie, was so helpful and checked in to be sure everything was OK. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

River vacation

The property was well equipped with everything we needed. Well stocked kitchen. Also used grill. Nice having a covered boat slip. Boys enjoyed fishing offdock. Jan the property manager checked in on us, first day we were staying and lives near by so easy to reach. Saw manateeā€™s, alligators, and birds as we cruised the river. Had a nice time.
