With onsite parking for 2 cars, a great location in proximity to the center of town and the Wildwood Beaches and Boardwalk, and accommodations for ten people, this vacation rental is a great choice for anyone. Booking your Vacation rental through us can help ease the process of booking Summer reservations and save you money. All of our reservations have an amenities package included in the cost of stay. This includes bedsheets for all beds, pillows, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths). Linen package will be left at the entry door of the property on arrival day, you can request for an additional fee of $150.00 to have the beds made prior to your arrival. Tenants will need to bring blankets, Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Linens.

VRBO is a property advertising website only. All final decisions regarding reservations are at the owners sole discretion. Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
