4 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo 2 Blocks from Beach and Boards

Welcome to our family’s newly updated beach condo! We are located 2 blocks from the beach & boardwalk, and a straight shot to the Wildwood Convention Center and Fox Park! Great for large groups and multiple families with kids -- also within walking distance to many great dining locations!

This condo offers 4 newly furnished bedrooms, 2 full baths, and can comfortably sleep 10. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom, double vanity sinks, and walk-in shower, along with a king-size bed and large smart TV. The additional full bath includes a full-size tub. Each bedroom has its own smart TV, closet, and dresser. Laundry is located in the hall with a high-efficiency washer and dryer.

**You must bring your own sheets, towels, and linens. We DO NOT provide them, but they can be rented from local companies here in Wildwood.**

Our kitchen is open to the living/dining areas and is fully stocked with all kitchen essentials, new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, center island with seating, and tiled floors throughout the main living area. The living room includes a large smart TV, comfortable sectional, and foosball table. The condo is also WiFi ready and password is provided upon check-in.

The garage can accommodate two standard-sized vehicles front to back with an additional third parking space in the driveway. Directly across the street is a school with additional available parking if needed. The backyard has a concrete patio, large picnic table, grill*, and enclosed outdoor shower with both hot and cold water.

Smoking and pets are not allowed inside the condo.

Check-in is at 4pm.*
Check-out is at 10am.*
*Off-season we try to be more flexible and accommodating with these times.

**2 Weeks Prior to your stay you will receive an email of our welcome packet with additional information about the condo and codes for the smart door-locks and garage.**

During the prime summer months (June, July, and August) - we do require full week (7 nights) Saturday to Saturday bookings. Otherwise, for all other stays, Convention Center events and Holidays the minimum stay is 2 nights. Off-season is flexible.

This is our family’s beach condo and we have put a lot of work into fixing it up and are continuing to improve upon each season - therefore we are very cautious about who we rent to. Families are preferred and we will not rent to individuals or groups under the age of 25.

The condo is professionally cleaned after each stay.

*The grill is propane-powered. We provide a propane tank, but the fuel levels may vary depending on the previous guest, as we do not refill the tank. The condition of the grill may also vary since it is not included in our cleaning contract.
