Amber Thanks for your feedback. We are always quick to respond to all guests staying in all our properties. We have 100% response rate on several platforms and often within an hour. It is unfortunate that you did not mention any of these concerns during your stay to give us an opportunity to address any issue some of which would have been a quick resolve. That being said, we do use a 5 star rated cleaning company, they have always done a good job and they are happy to quickly come back to clean any spot for you, had you mentioned this to us during your stay. . Also, note that we have kept the original hardwood floors in the bungalow which which a lot of our guests find charming with the little quarks. These floors are polished from time to time. Also, the key for the backdoor is available at the laundry area next to the backdoor with a large 'explore' label. The front door keys which you tried to use for the backdoor would not work. Again you did not mention this, we would have directed you to the key. Our outdoor cameras indicate a checkout as per schedule. We are very surprised to learn this information several weeks after your stay. I wish you gave us the opportunity to address this. In terms of safety, our little dead end street is probably one of the safest in Atlanta. There has never been any safety incident for decades, no police report from any home. Each home is owner occupied, many have lived here for decades. Everyone looks out for each other. Also Grove Park is one of the hottest up and coming neighborhoods in Atlanta. It is the new home for Microsoft, the Quarry yards and close to the westside Atlanta beltline. Guests appreciate the quick 2 mile drive to the main atlanta attractions (CNN, ga aquarium, coca cola, mercedes benz stadium. Also, most of the famous westside restaurants like Rock Steady are only 2 miles from the home. Once again thank you for your feedback. We encourage you to reach out to hosts with any concerns as soon as possible whenever you use short term rentals. Your comfort is always the hosts concern.
