Ocean front, Ft Myers beach, private balcony facing the Gulf, heated pool, WiFi!

This is a Week Rental to a fully furnished 1 bedroom CLEAN Timeshare located right on Ft. Myers Beach to RENT. Screened in porch overlooking the OCEAN and SANIBEL ISLAND with a table and 4 chairs and a lounge chair! The photo with the palm trees and ocean is a picture I took from my balcony. This unit sleeps 6 easily and if you wanted to be creative, you could sleep more. There is one bedroom with 2 double beds and in the living room there is a pull out couch. The bathroom has a sink, tub/shower, and a toilet. This is a place where you don't have to bring anything but a toothpaste and shampoo. Soap, towels, dishwasher detergent, pots, silverware, toaster, is provided. There are gas grills, heated swimming pool, elevator, shuffleboard, corn hole, 2 flat screen tv's (bedroom/living room) with cable DVD player, WiFi anywhere inside or outside the unit and a parking pass. You can rent DVD's and do laundry downstairs.

I've been coming here for 40 years. Be aware, if this is your first time to come to Ft. Myers beach, traveling south on the island is very difficult, meaning LOTS and LOTS of traffic. Our location is on the north end, where getting to the bridge Times Square, bars, restaurants, shops any part of the day, is less than 5 minutes via car or Trolley. To walk there takes 15 minutes. They call this part of the island, the hidden gem! Including a few minutes away walking north is the end of the island, a beautiful natural park. You will see turtles in their natural habitat, osprey nests, dolphins daily, or sit and relax and watch the multi-million dollar yachts coming in and out of the bay. You will not be disappointed!
