Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m very sorry that the cleanliness of Crescent Shore 201 and the unresolved leak under the kitchen sink negatively affected your anniversary weekend. We should have responded more promptly, followed through with maintenance, and offered a proper resolution. We are addressing these concerns with the cleaning and maintenance teams to help prevent this from happening again. I’m glad the location was convenient, but we regret that the overall stay fell short of expectations. We would love another chance to host you with a perfect stay! Sun Palace Vacations

Thank you Blayne ! There is a washer and dryer in the closet , sorry you missed it ! We do supply a small starter kit with dish soap I apologize that wasn't there for you 1! Sun Palace Vacations

Thank you for the 5-star review! Glad the location and value worked well and that having two bathrooms was a bonus. We do mention in our Guest Portal what is included in the starter kit , we provide one roll on the holder and one extra, after that it is up guests to purchase what they need for the rest of their stay . I apologize that you missed that ! We’d love to host you again. Sun Palace Vacations

Thank you so much! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the condo, the beach, and the convenient location. We’d love to host you again anytime! Sun Palace Vacations

Thank you Steven , glad to hear how much you enjoyed Crescent Shore! It is a perfect location ! For sanitary reasons we never leave spices or condiments from one guest to the next. Also with toilet paper and paper towels cleaners to provide that and some of our homes are 5 bathrooms , it woudl be too costly for them to leave all bathrooms stocked. I do apologize, but I thought it might help if I explained. We look for ward to your next visit! Sun Palace Vacations
