Each bedroom has it's own private bath with a blow dryer. A half bath is on the first floor. "Blue Moon" accommodates up to 12 guests. The kitchen has all SS appliances and is fully equipped for a chef. Furnished balconies on first floor off of the family room and another on the second floor off the large front bedroom. Five color flat screen Smart TV's.
Free WiFi and high speed Internet. Two pack-n-plays and stroller are available for infants and small children. Sleeping accommodations include 1 king, 3 queen and 2 double-sized beds. Enjoy the private tropical backyard with a 9.5-by-19 foot pool with pool furniture. A charcoal grill and a large 8 foot picnic table are near the pool under cover. New washer and dryer conveniently located on second floor just outside the bedrooms. Plenty of parking (some covered). No smoking allowed inside the house or on the balconies. No pets. Motorcycles and trailers OK. Additional grass parking around back also.

The guest who signs the rental agreement MUST be a guest in our home during the entirety of the rental agreement. A copy of renter's valid State driver's license or Gov't issued ID is required along with a signed Rental Agreement.

The Beach, the NEW Surfside Pier and famous Surfside Beach restaurants and bars are located just a short 0.1 mile walk.

Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions. There are over 100 Golf Courses located in the Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach is just to the north and Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other attractions include Marlin Quay Marina, Gulf Stream Cafe, Original Sam's Corner, The Garden City Pier, Sara J's Seafood Restaurant and numerous restaurants in Murrells Inlet.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community that is considered to be the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina", but is also home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning seafood and barbecue restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district.

Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of Murrells Inlet. It features several themed gardens with American figurative sculptures placed in them, trails through several nature reserve ecosystems and the Lowcountry Zoo.
