You deserve a break! Lots of openings at a great price!
Pinnacle Port Condo, 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, sleeps 6. Both bedrooms are located upstairs with King size beds and a view of the Gulf of Mexico from the master suite balcony and a view of Lake Powell from the guest bedroom and living room balcony. Additional sleeping is available on the queen size sleeper sofa in the living area. All bedding (including bedspreads) is laundered between each guest visit.
Our condo is located on the 7th floor of the tower building in Pinnacle Port Resort. This is a serene vacation destination that is gorgeous, relaxing and quiet. It is located in a secure gated community with 24 hour security on site. The resort has all of your desired amenities including tennis courts, basketball courts, bocce ball, shuffleboard and fishing. There are also two swimming pools including an indoor/outdoor pool which is heated seasonally. You can rent paddle boards or an umbrella and chairs to enjoy the beautiful white sand beach.
The living area has a balcony with views of Lake Powell and Camp Helen State Park.
A well-equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and Keurig are available for your convenience.
WiFi is provided throughout the unit and Direct TV is provided with flat screen televisions in the living area and both bedrooms.
Local attractions include restaurants, boutiques, library, miniature golf, antique shops, movie theaters, and thrill rides, along with hiking in nearby Camp Helen State Park. You can also enjoy a round of golf at one of the many local golf courses or venture out for a sight seeing cruise or charter fishing excursion. Panama City Beach, Panama City and Destin are all just a short drive away and boast lots of shopping at outlet malls or the large Pier Park Mall with all your favorite stores. Or you can enjoy the local flavor shops. There is so much to do you will need to return time and time again to see it all.
Conveniently located just outside the resort entrance are two grocery stores and a pharmacy for your everyday needs.
This is absolutely a non-smoking and no animal property, this includes service animals. Please respect the fact that the owners must protect our health.
This unit is a two-story unit and not handicapped accessible or child proofed. Additional cleaning supplies are stored under sinks. Please be aware of this for the safety of your children.
All visitors subject to resort policies.
The owners live in Missouri and purchased this unit originally as an investment. It took only 2 visits for us to fall in love with the unit, Pinnacle Port, and Panama City Beach. This unit quickly moved from an investment property to our home away from home. We have since been able to share many wonderful family trips with our adult children and grand-child. Since we can't make it down here as often as we would like to, we enjoy sharing our little piece of paradise with others.
A few years ago we completely remodeled the unit. Since we are general contractors, we performed much of the work ourselves, but did engage a local contractor for part of the work. This really made the unit ours, and it is our happy place.
Cleanliness is my number one priority. We hold our housekeeper to a high standard that they have no problem meeting. I expect the unit to be as clean as my own home when a guest walks in.
Comfort and convenience are my second priority. I try to keep the furnishings and decor to a minimum while providing what I consider the necessities. I also make decisions as to what furnishings to provide based on how well those items can be sanitized between guests. This is why I don't provide a crockpot. I try to provide only items that are dishwasher safe.
I also like to provide basic cleaning items. These include: toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, Clorox wipes, dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry pods, a broom, a Swiffer and pads, and trash bags. I know I don't like to have to buy a whole container of laundry soap to wash 1 or 2 loads. These are items that I stock in the cabinets around the unit when I am in the area, but sometimes this supply is used up before I can return. I'm sorry if you need one of these items and it's not there.
Green Tea toiletries that are provided include: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Soap Bars, Body Lotion, and make up remover wipes.
Blackout curtains in both bedrooms and resort quiet hours ensure a restful stay. Extra bedding such as sheets, pillows, and blankets for the fold-out couch and blankets and extra pillows for the bedrooms are stored in the upstairs closets and downstairs in the tv stand and crates on the white cabinet. I ask that if you use any of these items, you leave them piled on the Master Bedroom bed so that housekeeping knows they were used.
I believe Pinnacle Port stands out from other vacation properties in the area because of it's attention to owner and guest safety, security, and well being. The resort provides a family atmosphere and a location that you won't find anywhere else. Plus many amenities.

Both the Pinnacle Port Resort and Carillon Beach Community are beautiful, quiet, serene, and full of friendly people. From the first time we visited, the area felt like home.
The beach is one of the most beautiful I've ever seen and even in the peak season, never uncomfortably crowded.
The restaurants and entertainment are top notch.

While my unit may not be that much different from many in the same building, it's the small details that make it feel more comfortable than most.
I try to keep the unit well stocked with those little necessities that are bothersome to bring with you.
I provide toiletries including: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bars of soap, lotion, and face wipe towelettes.
I try to keep extra household supplies available for my guests as well, including: Laundry Detergent, Dish Washing Detergent, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Dish Washing Liquid, and Trash Bags.
There is an assortment of some of our favorite card and board games appropriate for a couple or a group.
I try to make our property feel like home away from home for our family and guests alike.
