It is a 10 minute drive to the beautiful and historic town of Pezenas and a 25 minute drive to the sandy Mediterranean beach. This single storey holiday villa has a large sunny terrace for dining or sunbathing.
Behind is an enclosed garden with badminton and table tennis set, barbecue and 8x4x1.4m safe secluded swimming pool.
Sports for all tastes are nearby, including canoeing, paragliding, rock climbing, golf, tennis and hiking. Also within 30 mins by car are caves, grottos, and rock formations. Outside the villa there is secure parking in the well gated drive or shaded parking is available adjacent to the villa.
