Queen bed in Master and Full in secondary bedroom. 62 “ TV in Living room with Netflix, 42” TV in Master bedroom with Netflix.Beautifully decorated to feel at home. In this gated community you have covered parking with community heated pool, jacuzzi and barbecue area. Internet available, Netflix. Amazing sunset views from your balcony, pillow views from Master bedroom. For LONG TERM 1 MONTH + RENTER PAYS POWER. IF this Unit is not available contact me I have more available.

a month in paradise

Couldn't ask for a better view. The condo itself is very well appointed and comfortable. WiFi worked great. Communication was excellent. It was so nice we booked it again next year. BOOM!

Great location

I have stayed at many vacation rentals; this one was not clean. We did not have wash clothes and finally found some, but they looked like they were for cleaning the floor. Every dish and piece of flatware was dirty so we had to wash everything we used. There was no extra toilet tissue. This is really a nice place if it were cleaned and had decent linens and for the price it should be better. Sorry but I won't book it again.

Picture perfect views!

Being on the 5th floor looking down on the calm water in the bay, That works like glass reflecting the beautiful mountains and the wonderful color from sunrise to sunset. Not to mention all the wonderful amenities of home that are inside the the beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath condominium.

San Carlos Getaway

Pam was a fabulous host, very responsive to all of our questions. The info she provided for entry into Mexico was excellent. The condo and complex were very nice, we would recommend this property to others.

Pillow wake-ups in paradise

Words fail to express the wonderful Oasis of Pam's condo in Bahia San Carlos. Such a great location for getting to all of the beauty of San Carlos. The Pool and Spa, coupled to friendly visitors capped fantastic beach days. Without doubt, Joanne and I found love and happiness for everything. We will book again, for even longer. Pillow Sunrise views were a special bonus.

What a view

We rented this unit for a month and had a terrific time. San Carlos has a wonderful charm to it. Condo has a wonderful view of the bay. Great unit - on top floor. Location is terrific. Easy access to everything - beaches, shopping, restaurants. Well maintained complex.

Amazing 9 months

We stayed nine wonderful months and enjoyed every minute of it. Pam's condo was perfect, a great view, very good location, clean throughout, quick to resolve any problems (not that there were very many - but we were there nine months and life happens.) Excellent internet, plumbing well up to US standards, well stocked kitchen. The condo caretakers were friendly, helpful and spoke english. We plan on coming g back in a few years. We love San Carlos and Pam's condo at Villa Bahia is the perfect place to stay

San Carlos, Mexico Vacation

We stayed at 385 Sahuaro Ave., Villas Bahia, which are Condo's. The condo owner, went above and beyond to make a stay the best ever, and we sincerely thank Pam D. Also, we met some of the "original" owner/inverstor's in this condo project, and were greatful for the assistance in finding various locations in the area!!! Cudo's for finding a couple Mexican local residents who take physical care of the property (pool area, etc. They are amazomg!!! My recommendation for anyone interested in visiting/living in San Carlos to check out this venue!!!

Great Condo

The view from the Condo is amazing. The Condo is well appointed with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We liked the way the Condo was decorated very much and received compliments from visitors. The Condo was clean when we arrived and was easy to keep clean during our stay. The road in front of the Condo was busy during the day but quiet at night. All in all we will be returning to San Carlos next year.

Gorgeous!

We had a wonderful time in San Carlos and Pam's condo is a great get-away place. The views and breezes from the balcony are perfect. The condo was immaculate. Pam even had coffee and water provided. The pool is delightful with beautiful flowers and well maintained decking. I would definitely stay there again.

Paradise

Loved our week in San Carlos. Pam is an amazing hostess - quick to respond to questions both before our arrival and during our stay. Location is ideal - amazing views and quick drive to all sights. The condo has everything and is very comfortable. The pool was a definite plus - heated to perfection. I would say having a car is a must. Hope to return soon!

Totally Amazing

It doesn't take very long before you know, you ended up in the perfect spot. One of the best Condo views in Mexico, to be greeted on a spacious balcony are Sensational Sunrises & Sunsets. This is the Condo you want to rent. My wife and I where fortunate enough to spend 2 month here. Pam's Condo had everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Security in the gated community and the heated swimming pool & Hot Tub, make it hard to leave the complex. But when you do, an astounding adventure await you, Dolphins that swim along San Francisco Beach as you splash in crystal clear water, miles of deserted Sandy beaches. Deep Sea Fishing, Hiking, Eating Establishments, or just laid back Sun Worshiping, San Carlos has it all, and so much more. We have traveled enough to know that overcrowded beaches can make a vacation spot less likely for a return trip. Here in San Carlos, the hidden gem of The Baha, everyone comes back. And everyone has time to share a smile and make new friends. Don't miss the chance to Discover what you have been missing.... Incredible stay.

My stay at the Villas was incredible and very comfortable. Finding the place was a bit rough but once we got there we knew we were going to love it. Very secure property inside a gated complex. Arriving at night I couldn't see the view from the balcony yet but I knew we were very close to the water. Waking up at 5:30am I was very eager to check out the view and of course it was absolutely amazing. I loved the view, the boats, the palm trees and the surrounding properties up the mountain. The condo had everything we need except for groceries (obviously) but all the bathroom and kitchen essentials plus extra ammenities. Condo was very clean and spacious, easily fit a family of 4 or group of friends. We were located in the perfect spot close to restaurants like Ponchitos for breakfast, Garys Rock for lunch and Blackies for dinner(great margaritas) . There were lots of little stores, shops and near by roads leading straight to the beach. Places to kayak and boat tours as well. Overall my stay at the Villas Bahia Condos was excellent,would recommend these Condos to anyone looking to have fun Pam and Victor through Seaside Reality made this trip easy as can be, cant wait to go again.
