Very nice cabin and great location. Loved fire pit!Two concerns: dryer wasn’t very efficient (maybe needs new heat element. Also, front bedroom water did not get very hot. All other rooms and kitchen had hot water. Front room was warm at best.

Awesome cabin

We had a great stay at the cabin. Very clean, supplied with any and everything you could need. Plenty of pots and pans and even skewers for smores! Location was great too! Highly recommend!

Broken Bow get away

This space was great for us - everyone had a bed and bathroom! The rental was well equipped in the kitchen. And the location was great! We went on the lake and it was maybe 8 minutes from our rental.

Good Cabin in a great location!

Only rating 4 stars as cabin could use some updates and better maintenance. Other than that the cabin was great and the location was amazing. Several stores and resturaunts within walking distance. Will have no problem staying again and I would highly recommend this cabin sue to its proximity the main strip in Hochatown.

Lake Getaway!!

This cabin does NOT disappoint!!! It was exactly as pictured and surpassed expectations with not only the location but the back deck and the amount of room inside was absolutely perfect!! We had 3 couples and each having their own room and full bath made the stay that much better!!! We will definitely come back and stay again!! We loved it!!

Christmas get away

Very cozy!! Took our 6 kid, 4 adults 2 still in hs/jh, we all loved the cabin. Didn't get to experience the hot tub as it was too cold for us but wish we at least tried it. They provided everything you might need to cook meals and keep the place tidy. Great experience , Thank you

Fun lake getaway!

This Broken Bow cabin is incredible!! We had 3 couples in our group and for each to have a bedroom and private FULL bath was a very nice feature! The living room and kitchen area were very spacious with plenty of room for our group and all our stuff. The back deck was perfect for morning coffee and mimosas! We LOVED the location! We actually walked to dinner our first night there and walked to the food trucks behind the property for breakfast a few times. The cabin was extremely clean when we arrived and the host was amazing to work with when we had questions about a few things. The cabin is literally 5 minutes from Beaver's Bend Marina!! We will DEFINITELY come back and highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away for a lake trip to Broken Bow. Thanks for a great experience!!

Bumper Cars and Porta Poddys

The cabin is beautiful. It is well laid out and really nice inside the bedroom TVs are a JOKE! So small!!! Across the street they are constructing a huge lodge so lots of noise and traffic. Walk out back and there’s the bumper car business, a taco truck and porta poddy. No privacy at all and the road is loud lots of headlights in your face. Not a quiet spot. Hot tub tripped breaker never got as warm as it should. The flag hanging out front is disgraceful it’s so worn out it should be destroyed and replaced. Again the cabin is beautiful.

Beyond expectation

We went for Memorial Day weekend and we were beyond satisfied with the cabin. We brought 3 families and were at max capacity with 14 guests. We all slept comfortably and had enough beds for everyone. We even brought air mattresses just in case and we did not use them. The kitchen was fully stocked up with appliances which was great since we bought all our groceries for the weekend stay to avoid restaurant crowds. They also provided a huge grill outside. They provided towels for inside and outside for the jacuzzi. They also provide laundry detergent to wash the towels in case you run out of clean towels which was great! I really cannot say enough good things about this cabin. The only thing we noticed is that the home is not fenced so you can see the food trucks and convenient store behind it. But it did not bother us at all since we’re from the city and are used to a heavy traffic area. So unless you want total privacy, this is your place to stay for a larger crowd. We will definitely be back! Thank you evolve for our relaxing stay.

Stay review.

The location and surroundings of the cabin is the WORST. The cabin is located near the side of the road, right behind a gasoline station and many food trucks also where a mobile bathroom is. The cabin also was not clean at all. There was dog saliva stains all around the cabin and there are allot of dog hairs on the floor. The mattress in the closet and the inflatable beds were not good the air mattress kept loosing its air due to a hole, and the mattress was not clean at all. We took time out of our day to clean the cabin wich took roughly about 2 hoyrs to be done wich was irritating. The beds for the kids did not seem stable at all so they either had to sleep on the couch or on air mattress that were not good. We all expected more since the price we were paying was very high wich was 3 thousands in total. We did get lucky that this cabin and stay did not ruin our Thanksgiving weekend but it was close. I do not recommend this cabin to anybody and I hope that the owner and Vrbo would take there time to read this review and change what needs to be done. I do not enjoy writing this bad review but then again I did expect more and was disappointed.

Theirs cabin is right off the road so it’s super close to fun things to do. The kids enjoyed the fire pit and making s’mores at night!

Nice cabin, good value

Not overly fancy but a nice, clean cabin with plenty of space, bedrooms/beds, and bathrooms to accommodate 3 families. Plenty to do including indoor/outdoor games, hot tub, and fire pit. A couple of things didn’t exactly match description and/or pics in advertisement, but nothing major. Property manager was very nice and receptive… always answered our questions quickly. Only downsides to this property were the backyard view of businesses off Hwy 259 and noise from highway. Nice property that is fairly priced for a good value.

Feels like coming home

This was our annual fishing trip to Broken Bow Lake with our extended family. This was the third year we have stayed at the Naughty Beaver cabin and it now feels like coming home. We love the location, which is close to everything we need. The cabin is well equipped for cooking, sleeping and enjoying the hot tub. Thanks for another great stay!

Guys get away for Trout Fishing

Very comfortable place. Listed as sleeps 13, but that means you better have alot of couples that sleep together. 2 Kings, 2 double, futon, couch that folds out. We had 7 guys, one ended up sleeping on an air mattress. We still had a great time. Lots to do in the area too. Would gladly go back and stay here.

Lots of room, great locstion

Slept 9 people comfortably! We loved having 3 bathrooms. The location was great for us too! It’s very close to town, not a secluded wooded cabin. However, we loved not having to drive down rough roads and being much closer to the restaurants and bars. Highly recommend, we will stay here again!
