Really wonderful place! It was perfectly located in very walkable area and was a nice cozy home to come back to after a day of adventuring. Would absolutely stay here again next time.

Overall, very good value for the money. Condo was clean and had all required kitchen/bath items. Great location along the Deschutes, and I really appreciate allowing pets!

Our feedback is to help the owner understand the price doesn’t meet the quality it should be. I would rather stay at a hotel with a kitchenette for this price. It was not clean. Stove Burner pans are dirty and smoked when on. Oven was dirty. A/C was dirty. Our feet turned black walking around the condo so the carpet was dirty. Sliding screen door was off track. We only got 1 tiny bar of soap and 1 1/2 rolls of TP for 8 days. The top shelf of the fridge froze our food even after turning it from 5 to 3. The fridge is very loud and makes a chugging sound. The dishwasher soap dispenser would not dispense soap 90% of the time. So be prepared to hand wash dishes but there is no drain board. There are no hot pads and you only get 1 kitchen towel and 1wash cloth for an 8 day stay. Bath tub looks dirty even after scrubbing it. The painted on surface on the bottom of the tub is stained. The shower track had black gooey black blobs in it. And the shower area floor baseboards need repair and paint. The soap, lotion shampoo and conditioner dispensers were very low and the liquid hardened inside. And the light inside the front door was burned out. This sounds picky but in the past we have not had this experience at Bachelor Village and we have stayed in this unit before. Maybe an upgrade in cleaning service would help. Meredith Lodging did what they could and were kind and friendly. Unfortunately we will not rent this unit again.

This home was not clean. Carpet filthy, had to stuff a dish towel in the drain of kitchen sink the smell was so vile. Shower dirty..door handles on the refrigerator were gross. Chairs for kitchen table were sticky…We will never stay at Bachelor Village againThe advertisement pictures were deceptive.

Disappointing at best

Property is conveniently located at Mt Bachelor and Century. I don't think it's been updated in a long time; dishwasher is quite old and did not work very well. Fireplace was also vintage. However, we would have been okay with all of that. Our entry code did not work and we spent 15-20 minutes on the phone in the rain with Meredith Lodging diagnosing the issue. (it was their error.). Most disappointing was the cleanliness or complete lack of. We have never stayed at a rental that was so dirty. Under the kitchen sink trash can was stuck to the bottom with goo. Sliding shower door tracks were covered in mildew, mold, and soap slime. Top of toilet had not been cleaned in eons. Carpet was disgusting. There was no ice; several light bulbs, including the front and back porches, were out. There was no shower gel in the dispenser and the lotion dispenser had not been filled in a long time. the lotion was congealed and crispy. The condo is quite small, about 600 square feet, so it wouldn't take much to make it sparkle. The shower was so gross I waited to get to my sister-in-law's house to take a shower.While the onsite representative was helpful, the call center was busy and it took several tries to get through. Housecleaning was downright rude. Will not stay at a Meredith Lodging property again.

Finding the place and checking in was confusing

As the title says: Google maps got us to the general vicinity, but the address layout is very confusing, especially in the dark. Admittedly, we are not "phone people"- And- Of course, the check in process is totally digital, so if you have any issues, you're probably in trouble. We figured it out but it was not simple enough for my tastes. The unit was clean, and small. Basically a small hotel suite. We fit 3 people with an air mattress on the floor, but that was pretty cramped. One night was workable, but a week of skiing would have been not so good. The hot tub facility is a considerable walk from the unit, but fine once ya get there. So, great for a couple, wouldn't recommend it for more than that if you've got ski gear

Ski Weekend Trip

Nice location for hopping on the road and getting up the mountain easy and quick. We enjoyed the resort amenities. The kitchen is small but functional for cooking meal for a small family.

Basic and pleasant

Lovely setting under the pine forest canopy. Comfortable unit with all the basics. Kitchen fully equipped with appliances, utensils, and dishware. Nice configuration of bathroom sinks separate from tub/toilet room, for greater utility. Front-door lock keypad a bit tricky but secure and functional.

Loud and disappointed

Several things with the stay that were not great. We have stayed at different condos in this community several times and always enjoyed it and assumed this would be similar. First off the pictures of the living room make the couches look larger than they are. I thought that they were two couches or a couch and a love seat. It is a couch and a chair. We brought our two sons and they don’t love sleeping in the same bed so we though the little one would fit the love seat but it was very small so that was a no go. We were only in the unit for about an hour and realized we had dog hair all over our clothes. Understand it may be a pet friendly unit but was not expecting that level of pet hair upon arrival. The people in the next unit over were incredibly loud every evening. The walls are thin so you can make out every word they were saying. We had to buy ear plugs and it was still just ridiculous at 3am. We got very little sleep the entire stay. We were disappointed in the stocking of dishes and only had two mugs, at the end of our stay upon doing the dishes we found a few more in the dishwasher. Didn’t realize they were not all cleaned and put away. Overall the look and decor is just old. After taxes and fees it was fairly expensive for 3 days and not worth the disappointing value. Would not stay again.

Great value

This was a peaceful place to stay, yet close to all of the Bend amenities. The place was comfortable. The only real drawback was that there was not a fitted sheet on the bed. In addition, Hot tub At the clubhouse was not hot. One night, there was an incredible amount of noise from the condo above us, but the other three nights it was quiet.

Resort like feel close to Bend

This condo fit our basic needs for exploring all that Bend has to offer. The location was quiet and peaceful but also very close to the city. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. The amenities were awesome; two pools, two hot tubs, a game room, free bike rentals, and access to a fitness club. While the unit was not updated at all, it was clean. The kitchen supplies are pretty limited; coffee, filters and salt and pepper are the only staples provided. Movements from upstairs neighbors can be heard. Suggestions: puchase fitted sheets for the bed, and provide items like tin foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen. Overall it was a good stay.

Mt Bachelor Ski Vacation

Pay attention to the maintenance

Carpet very dirty, microwave didn't work properly, virtually no soundproofing between my downstairs condo and the people staying above -- every step shook the ceiling. The location was fine, and I know getting staffing for housekeeping and maintenance is a problem. However, I think they need a housekeeping manager to check each condo as it turns over for the next guests.

Although the condo was dated it was clean except the carpet very stained. Suggest putting in laminate for cleanliness.
