This spacious 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom Platinum rated Grand Bahama Penthouse located just 15 min away from Disney in Orlando is part of the Bahama Bay Resort with all its amenities available.

Location, size and amenities makes it the perfect place for families and friends up to 8 people.

Unlike many other owners within Bahama Bay we are co-operating with the on-site management company Vacasa, so you will have full access to all facilities in the Clubhouse like gym, sauna and free coffee.

Room descriptions:

Master Bedroom: King size bed with new mattresses, en-suite bathroom, 46" Smart TV and access to the balcony. Plenty of storage space in drawers and a walk-in closet.

2nd Bedroom: Queen size bed with new mattresses, bathroom, TV and access to the balcony. Wardrobes and drawers.

3rd Bedroom: 2 Twin Size beds and LED-TV with Blu-Ray player. wardrobes and drawers.

Living room: 1 Sofa-bed with new memory foam mattress and one love-seat, 65' smart TV, Blu-Ray player, stereo unit with bluetooth/USB connection so you can hook up your smartphone/computer. Access to the balcony

Dining area: 6 chairs and large dining table and a bar kitchen with two chairs.

Kitchen: Modern fully equipped for 8 persons. Refurbished including granite countertop, new appliances with a large fridge and freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, slow cooker(!) etc etc.

Bathrooms: Master bedroom has a huge en-suite bathroom and there is a large second bathroom for the other bedrooms. Both bathrooms have bathtub, walk-in showers and double sinks.

For the youngest guests we have a crib/cot/Pack n Play, bed rails a stool and a high-chair. If you need more than one, just let us know and we will arrange for this.

The apartment is located on top floor with a view towards the poolarea. (No elevator available)

The Penthouse is a 'Platinum rated' Grand Bahama unit and is much larger, has higher standard and is better equipped than most other Condos not only within the resort but also compared to other Condos in the Orlando area.
Thanks to the top floor location there is no disturbing noice from the neighbors.
The Condo has been upgraded with 4 flat screen TVs together with Blu-Ray players in the living room & 3:rd bedroom, new mattresses, a new hard flooring, refurbished kitchen including appliances and granite countertop (worktop), new sofas and new porch furniture plus a lot more.
