We just finisher fully renovation of this beautiful apartment situated inside city walls of Old Town in Dubrovnik. Season 2019 is our first time on market. It has modern living room with large window, bedroom (large window) , bathroom and kitchen that is equipped for preparing delicious meals. Apartment is situated in quiet street. Old town is not big, it takes just 10 min to get from one part to another. It takes 3 min to walk down to main street Stradun where you can fiend everything from great restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy, entrance to city walls... Famous Buza bar is less then 100m distance from apartment. There you can have a swim, cliff diving, cocktails.. Old port is less then 5 min walking from where you can take boat to Lokrum Island ( 10 min boat drive), tree Island cruise (all day), St. Jacob beach (5min boat ride), transfer to nearby town Cavtat or you can rent a boat and enjoy in water sport... Apartment has a perfect location to explore around!

We had a lovely stay in Dubrovnik! Our host Maria was wonderful and responsive. She graciously accommodated an early check in and provided clear instructions with videos to assist with the check in and check out process, including directions to our transfer to the airport. The apartment was very comfortable with nice amenities including delicious coffee and espresso maker! Great location to explore Old Town. Thank you!

Clean place right in Old Town Dubrovnik. Be prepared for some stairs (which are everywhere in the Old Town). Mirija was always available, met us at check in and answered all our questions and provided suggestions. Super hostess.

Mirija was an amazing host. She set up airport transfers and all the excursions we asked for. The property was great for my son and I. I absolutely will be coming back. Just an fyi a lot of steps to get to the property but so worth it. Thank you Mirija for hosting us and allowing us a stress free holiday.

This place was perfect for our family of three (mom, dad, and 15 year old son). Modern finishes in an old building with all the amenities you could need. Mirija was an excellent host. Very informative and responsive. Located right beside the walls and a minute walk from the Buza Bar (cliff side bar through a hole in the wall with swimming and cliff jumping - a highlight of the trip!). Be prepared for lots of steps if you come from the centre of the old town, but you can have a much more gradual climb if you follow the wall from the west side (near Ploce Gate). Would definitely stay here again. Good value for Dubrovnik Old Town.

Marija was the best host. She gave clear and concise directions on how to get to location and lock box instructions. I didn't have any questions but she she checked in periodically to see if she could do anything for me. She gave reminders about check out times and even offered to allow me to stay a bit longer as my fligth was later in the day and she didn't have other guests coming in until the next day. Place was super clean and a welcome surprise as to how close it was to Buza Bar. We were out there swimming every day. Thanks again Marija for making us feel taken care of!

This charming and spotless one-bedroom was the perfect getaway in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It’s tucked near the Buza Bar cliff jump and the Spanish Steps, with quick and easy access to the center of town.

Ideal location for sightseeing The Dubrovnik’s Old City and surrounding areas. The apartment was perfect for my spouse and me. It was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. The wifi worked well, and the washing machine was a bonus. Everything in the Old City was only minutes away. The hostess was amazing. Prior to our arrival, she sent a video that guided us to the apartment. It was very helpful. She gave recommendations of activities in the area and arranged for transport from the airport and other tours. For English speakers, the hostess speaks English which was helpful. As we were planning our trip, she responded quickly through the VRBO app. I would recommend the apartment to anyone wanting to spend some time in this beautiful city. If we return, it will be the first place I check for lodging.

We stayed here for a week. The apartment had everything we needed. There is a small hob as well as an oven but we didn’t use them. Bed very comfortable and shower very good. Our host Mirija helped make our stay easy. She arranged our taxis, luggage porter and trips. She met us at the apartment on arrival and departure. Her help was given in a friendly and caring way.The apartment is very central close to the town wall. Be aware there are approx 70 steps up to it. There are steps pretty well everywhere, especially when walking the wall.We loved our time here and our hostess helped make our holiday. Thank you Mirija

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location.

Charming apartment with all we needed right in the old town! Just a few steps from the buža bar, a great place for a drink with a view. Communications with the host were great and we had no issues.

We had everything that we needed in a compact apartment that let us experience staying in the old city. The apartment was clean and safe. We would definitely stay here again.The host was always quickly available to answer any questions and wanted us to have an enjoyable stay.

Great Old Town Apartment

Conveniently located apartment that puts you right in Old Town Dubrovnik. Just be prepared to carry your luggage as cars cannot enter Old Town and this property is located at the top of the steps right near the wall.

Dear Anthony the property is in the hart of Old Town where, of course, cars are not allowed. Giving us one star less because of that really makes us sad. We went on and beyond to make your stay excellent. I'm very sorry that we couldn't change the fact that a car is not allowed in Old Town. In really old locations, historical, that is a common in order to preserve the location for future generations...

Great location and Host

We had a great introduction from Mirija to the city thru check in. She had someone to assist with bags and we loved the location in spite of the stairs. Dubrovnik is an incredible city!

Perfect Dubrovnik experience

This is our first visit to Croatia to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. This was the perfect apartment on a convenient but quiet street in old town that allowed us to enjoy the true Dubrovnik experience. Our host Mirija was amazing, responsive, and helped us secure parking. Highly recommended!!

Great apartment

The apartment is very well equipped. The bed is great and the bathroom is clean and updated. We enjoyed our stay and the host was very helpful and set up airport transportation for us.

This apartment was perfect, and exactly as described. It is small, but has everything you need. It was located very conveniently right by the walls of the city and close to the center of town. We were very glad to have had a porter carry our bags up to the apartment for 2 reasons; the heavy bags are hard to carry up 100 stairs, and he showed us the way!

Hi dear Alexis. You were a wonderful guest. I just feel we need to respond to this "100 stairs to the unit" as it's not correct. We send to all our guests check in video (when we can't meet you in person), where we show you the way to the unit. In the video is the shortest and the best street to get to the unit. I'm not sure what street did porter service used but for sure it was not the one you got in the check in video. It was a pleasure to be your host and I hope to be able to host you again in the future. Best of luck

Lovely apartment, great location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great, hosts were excellent! The bed was comfy and wifi worked well. As a workaround for the many stairs, we went up the stairs of shame and around to the back wall. While the amount of stairs was the same, they were much more spread out and easier to manage. Would come back anytime!

and close to Buza bar. Location is peacefull. It is close by to all monuments and Old harbour and because of that is great location for tourist on holidays. Next door is one more apartment that we are renting to tourists.
