We just finisher fully renovation of this beautiful apartment situated inside city walls of Old Town in Dubrovnik. Season 2019 is our first time on market. It has modern living room with large window, bedroom (large window) , bathroom and kitchen that is equipped for preparing delicious meals. Apartment is situated in quiet street. Old town is not big, it takes just 10 min to get from one part to another. It takes 3 min to walk down to main street Stradun where you can fiend everything from great restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacy, entrance to city walls... Famous Buza bar is less then 100m distance from apartment. There you can have a swim, cliff diving, cocktails.. Old port is less then 5 min walking from where you can take boat to Lokrum Island ( 10 min boat drive), tree Island cruise (all day), St. Jacob beach (5min boat ride), transfer to nearby town Cavtat or you can rent a boat and enjoy in water sport... Apartment has a perfect location to explore around!

This apartment was perfect, and exactly as described. It is small, but has everything you need. It was located very conveniently right by the walls of the city and close to the center of town. We were very glad to have had a porter carry our bags up to the apartment for 2 reasons; the heavy bags are hard to carry up 100 stairs, and he showed us the way!

This charming and spotless one-bedroom was the perfect getaway in Dubrovnik’s Old Town. It’s tucked near the Buza Bar cliff jump and the Spanish Steps, with quick and easy access to the center of town.

This was an outstanding property. From the start, Mirija was extremely responsive, within minutes, and willing to help make our stay comfortable. Upon arrival, we met Mirija at the house and she gave us a tour and made sure all our questions were answered. The home was clean, and had everything you need to relax. We could not have asked for a better place to stay, and with a wonderful host. FYI: the house sit at the top of old town, you truly get a local vibe, but there are stairs. I would considering using the luggage porter folks to help bring your luggage up, especially if you are traveling with large, heavy bags. Thank you, Mirija, for making our time in Dubrovnik, one we will cherish forever

Great little apartment in an amazing location! Just a few minutes from Buza Bar and close to everything you need. The host was fantastic—communication was fast and helpful. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.The only minor downside was the stairs leading to the apartment—totally fine for me, but was a bit of a challenge for my parents (60). That said, we found an alternate route with fewer steep steps, which worked well.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The apartment was lovely! It was located on a rural street in the heart of the old town! Mirija was wonderful! She gave us all the information we needed so that our stay was comfortable and pleasant! Perfect Dubrovnik experience

This is our first visit to Croatia to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday. This was the perfect apartment on a convenient but quiet street in old town that allowed us to enjoy the true Dubrovnik experience. Our host Mirija was amazing, responsive, and helped us secure parking. Highly recommended!!

Delightful experience; great location

We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the unit the very responsive customer service of Mirija and all the amenities provided. Mirija was a joy to work with and, while there, she was very helpful arranging a day trip to a nearby oyster farm and winery. The apartment is in a great location within walking distance to the main walking street, restaurants and seaside lounges. We would be delighted to stay at the unit again.

Tolle Lage, schöne Einrichtung. Viele Treppen in der Altstadt, aber das gilt für jede Wohnung dort. Dem sollte man sich bewusst sein. Ich würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen, die Vermieterin hat uns sehr viele Informationen gegeben und super mit uns im Vorfeld kommuniziert. Wir haben auch Tipps von ihr bekommen. Für so eine historische Stadt und die Wohnung liegt in einem der ältesten Häuser, ist der Zustand bemerkenswert.

Great Old Town Apartment

Conveniently located apartment that puts you right in Old Town Dubrovnik. Just be prepared to carry your luggage as cars cannot enter Old Town and this property is located at the top of the steps right near the wall.

Lovely apartment in a wonderful location.

Charming apartment with all we needed right in the old town! Just a few steps from the buža bar, a great place for a drink with a view. Communications with the host were great and we had no issues.

Lovely apartment, great location!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was great, hosts were excellent! The bed was comfy and wifi worked well. As a workaround for the many stairs, we went up the stairs of shame and around to the back wall. While the amount of stairs was the same, they were much more spread out and easier to manage. Would come back anytime!

Our experience from start to finish was outstanding, the host was an excellent communicator. Airport transport was arranged for us with a very helpful driver. The apartment was in the perfect location in the Center of the old town. The apartment had everything you need in a beautiful setting, very easy to get around and right next to some outstanding restaurants. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back.

Superbe appartement qui est situé tout près de l'eau dans le vieux port de Dubrovnik (moins de 1 minute à pied du Buza Bar). Excellent service de l'hôte, elle a tout fait pour que notre séjour soit agréable, même de faire notre check-in plus tôt pour pas que nous devions rester dans la ville avec nos valises. L'appartement a vraiment tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous recommandons fortement!

20th anniversary trip

I cannot say enough good things about this property! It’s in the Old Town walls on a quiet street. While there are lots of steps to get up to it, it’s so worth it. It’s perfect for 2 people. The bed was comfy and it had all the amenities of home. The best part was working with Mirija! She was helpful and so gracious. We loved this place so so much!

Lovely apartment right in the Old Town

This is a lovely modern apartment right in the Old Town of Dubrovnik and a great location for visiting. The apartment is at the top of a lot of steps (and the only reason for giving the location four stars) but that is quite typical for the area and hard to avoid. The air con is great and the apartment had all we needed for a four night stay for two of us. The check in details sent by our host were really helpful too.

and close to Buza bar. Location is peacefull. It is close by to all monuments and Old harbour and because of that is great location for tourist on holidays. Next door is one more apartment that we are renting to tourists.
