Wifi. Large shaded deck with fantastic views of the Atlantic. Fully equipped kitchen and wet bar. Fantastic ocean views from living area, kitchen and dining area. PLEASE NOTE TOWELS AND LINENS NOT INCL .

The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Great views!

We had a great time. Kitchen well stocked, very clean rental, conveniently located steps from water, short walk to pool. Bedding could be updated, pillows getting worn-in, and beach chairs getting rusty, but totally useable and did not put a damper in our wonderful week!

Wonderful view of the ocean! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It is so nice to bring our dog. It took us awhile to figure out the remotes for the TV. It was a little confusing, but we got it. We will be back.

Magnificent views, great place

Just great all around. Nice place. We were only 3 adults so a bit of overkill, but the view was worth it. Good to have an elevator and covered parking. Big kitchen. Great TV. Hope to come back many more times. Cleaning service was only 4 stars, could have been a bit better. We cleaned and vacuumed a bit upon arrival.

Beach Haven

We had an amazing time! The convenient short walk to the beach was wonderful, especially with children. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Amenities are slightly older, but we didnā€™t mind at all, as we spent our time at the beach or pool, and the condo had everything we needed to cook seafood/dinner when we were not eating out. There was plenty of space and the condo was surrounded by friendly guests & families. The pool is also a quick short walk, with the tiki bar/restaurant. Cliff was an amazing property manager, he kept us updated upon arrival, was available via text anytime we had questions, gave us restaurant and local recommendations and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for a great stay!

Perfect location

Steps from the beach entrance and walking distance to the pool and Tiki Bar. This was the easiest beach trip we have taken with our young toddlers given that Cliff provides a lot of the beach equipment you need and the location made it so easy to go back and forth from the beach to the condo. The covered deck that faced the ocean was a great relaxing spot. Furnishings may be a bit older, but the condo was extremely clean and well stocked.

Perfect pet friendly location.

A great ocean front location with easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and outdoor space was great for enjoying coffee in the morning overlooking the ocean. If your fur babies are included in your vacation plans, this is the perfect place to stay.

Spring beach trip

Ocean Isle is a great family beach. Itā€™s quite, clean and has enough restaurants to make it interesting. The condo was just like itā€™s pictured. It was clean and quite. It is on the west side of the island in a nice neighborhood. The building has 6 units. For part of our stay we were the only ones in the building. It has a nice view of the ocean. You can sit on the covered deck or in a recliner inside and see the ocean. Having an elevator is also convenient. It has two walk in showers in case you need accessibility and a tub/shower combination. There is also a high chair for the little ones. I think this is a great location and the unit has everything youā€™ll need to enjoy a great vacation. I canā€™t wait to come back! All the beach accesses I saw had stairs(just in case that is a concern)

Beautiful ocean view

My family and I were very happy with the condo. We would stay here again. Beach access is literally across the street. The pool is down the road (we didn't go in the pool but did see the area and it seemed to be a nice pool). Ocean view from the back huge deck was beautiful. We were able to eat outside every day. Also had a full kitchen which was great. Noticed a bees nest outside and Cliff was very responsive. It was dealt with the following day. There were umbrellas, chairs and other misc beach items to use as well. There is only a tv in master suite and living room.. just something to keep in mind. We were able to bring our dogs which really kept my mind at ease as well. All in all, nice place to stay and can't beat the location!

The view of the ocean and the short walk to the ocean made this a great place to stay. The pool on rough ocean water days made it especially great for the children.

Great Condo

Condo was spacious, clean and great location. I cooked for thanksgiving and we found the kitchen well stocked! We were prepared for it not to be so it was a nice surprise. Great access to beach and loved watching ocean from the deck. Elevator was a bonus!

Good location

We really liked the location of this property, easy access to the beach and the view of the ocean. It was well equipped. Cliff was very good to work with and answered all our questions. Had a few little hiccups as it was difficult to get into the unit upon arrival getting the lockbox open. Also a bit disappointed there weren't televisions in each bedroom plus there wasn't a remote for the tv in living room .

Fabulous communication!

Any issues we came across were just FYIā€™s for the property management of items in wear and tear. Nothing that impacted our stay. Place is well stocked, great location, great view, comfortable beds. Best part was Cliff the property manager. Very friendly, checked in on us several times, noticed we had a medical incident when we posted on a OIB group and made sure we were ok. We normally use rental companies, and feel ignored. Cliff was so great that we rebooked first next year.
