Single story home with 3 bedrooms, Den/Home Office and 2 full bathrooms sleeps 5 with 2 queen sized beds and one twin bed.
Master bath Remodeled with new super shower, fixtures, and updated tile.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, mixer and more.
BBQ grill and patio furniture make it easy to enjoy a fabulous Arizona sunset while watching the birds in the wash behind the property. Mature citrus trees producing tasty oranges, grapefruit and lemons.
180 degree mountain views in the prestigious, quiet, Gold Canyon Community. Miles of hiking at your doorstep and just a quick drive to area lakes and recreational activities ensures there is always something fun to do here!

Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee - $250
Pets with lessor approval under 30lbs each - Non-refundable Pet Fee - $200 for first pet, additional pets extra fee
Owner covers $100 of monthly (pro-rated) electric for stays of 14+ days. Resident pays overage. WIFI, Water, sewer, garbage collection, landscape maintenance, pest control included.

The kitchen was very well stocked , had every utensil and pan there . Bedrooms were very comfortable. Some of the kitchen bar stools need tlc. It was located in a convenient location, and we enjoyed our stay !

Winter in Gold Canyon

We stayed Feb. and March in Gold Canyon. The weather wasn’t great but the house and neighborhood were. The kitchen was well stocked and all the furniture was up to date styles. Washer and dryer were in good condition. Walled in back yard was great for our dog and we enjoyed the propane grill. The patio doors could use some work or be replaced but were workable. We would recommend this house.

Loved this property! The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with a true desert feel with mountain views. House is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking. Our favorite activity was sitting on the patio to watch the birds coming in to the back yard and to be amazed at the many stars visible at night. The house isn't new, but is well maintained except for a few minor issues which were addressed by the property manager. The master bath is amazing! Would love to return.

A nice property in an excellent location! Beautiful Mountain View’s House could use some upgrades but a great value for the money! Would definitely rent again. Property manager was excellent!

Personal property of owner?

Wonderful neighborhood and great views from backyard. Watch for snakes that live in open area. It was the personal property in garage that supposedly came up missing that gets me upset. Why would you store personal property in a vacation rental? Then keep deposit when it supposedly come up missing? We left that property cleaner than when we arrived.

Beautiful home in a great location!

My husband and I enjoyed the month of January 2019 at this home in Gold Canyon. I was impressed with how big it is and it was very clean. There is a walk-in closet in the master bedroom with lots of hangers which I appreciated. I’ve had to go out and buy hangers in other rentals but not here. Also, no need to bring your own laundry detergent, it is furnished as well as dryer sheets and dishwasher detergent. There were brand new kitchen items like a Keurig and regular coffee pot, waffle iron, blender, etc. The pots and pans were very nice, as well. We used the grill several times and that worked fine, too. The backyard view of Superstition Mountain is amazing and there is a grapefruit and orange tree. Unfortunately, there were only 3 oranges left of the tree when we got there but they were delicious! The neighborhood is very nice and lots of streets to walk on - the people were very friendly! There were a few disappointments but nothing serious. The television is not a smart tv and is pretty small for such a large room. The sound isn’t good at all but it was better than nothing. It takes a VERY long time to get hot water in the kitchen sink but that’s the only place - showers were great. Whenever we had any issues, they give you a phone # to call and Ron is wonderful about getting back to you and taking care of anything that isn’t right. He even came over on a Sunday to fix something that wasn’t even a big deal. Gold Canyon is a wonderful community - we made a lot of trips to Apache Junction and Mesa and it was always nice to get back ‘home’ and away from the traffic! There’s a terrific Chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant very close by. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and right now I’m wishing we were still there - we’re supposed to get 8-10” of snow here in Iowa tonight!

Rental agent responded promptly to the few issues we had and they were quickly resolved. Would have been nice to have a king sized bed in the master suite

Excellent Home in Gold Canyon, Arizona

We are most happy to provide compliments for this property. The home is located in an excellent part of Gold Canyon ...nice Mountain views, including the Superstition from this property. The home is very well furnished -- from furniture to linens and the Kitchen was a dream to work in, and provided nice living, during our stay in February, 2018. The home was exceptionally clean. Angela Boggs, our property manager from Firebird Housing, was most helpful with all details. Very easy to deal with and professional. She, along with the Owner's family ... which lives a short distance from this home, were wonderful. We highly recommend this property and location. We are planning a return again . Fred Fitch and Wendell Hamilton.

This home was absolutely perfect in every way!

I give this home a 5 star!!! It was clean, fully stocked with every item a home needs, including tea and toothpicks! Comfortable beds, and bedding. Couch and furniture was really nice. TV's had more channels then my own! All in all, very clean and all the comforts of home! LOVED IT! If it had a hot tub, I'd be over the moon!! Hint hint, get one! Thanks for the awesome stay!

Great home to enjoy time in AZ.

House was very roomy and comfortable. We lacked for nothing, it was just like home. The house is in excellent condition and very well kept. The area of Gold Canyon was great for all outdoor activities with sunshine every day.

Very nice home.

Home was very nice and comfortable. Neighborhood was great, quiet and neighbors friendly. Great area for walking and taking in the scenery. Golf courses were close. Would recommend this home. Also, home had all necessary linens, dishes, etc.
