Adorable 1 bedroom, 1 bath, spacious patio home close to the action. Could walk to the grocery store, recreation center, pharmacy and golf course. Sun city west has 9 golf courses, 5 recreation centers, and 105 different clubs. The patio home is in excellent condition, sleeps 4 with the den that can be completely closed off and has a hide-abed, hardwood floors and granite counter tops. It is completely furnished including dishes and linens. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher. It is 1100 square feet and a closed patio with table and chairs and barbecue. It has a one car garage. Rent includes internet and TV. One person has to be 55 years old or older. No smoking no cats and dogs on approval. Prefer to rent from the first of the month.

Perfect place for us

Spacious with lots of storage. The bed was very comfortable, bedroom was large with big closet and dresser space. We didn't use the spare bedroom for guests but did use it as an office for meetings and extra storage. It had everything we needed for a month stay and was a super convenient walk to several grocery stores, restaurants and community center. It was great to have a garage and other than main Street noise which you don't really hear unless the front door is open, it was quiet and comfortable. The owners were very responsive when needed. Would rent again.

Good experience

Very nice and confortable condo. Even though is a one bedroom condo it has plenty of room. The owners are great. The garbage disposal broke down and they took care of it right away. I wish they have had cable tv, but that was a minor inconvenience for us. I would recommend this place.

Even better than Expected

When I first saw my rental on VRBO, I knew the unit was going to be just fine. But, when I saw it in person, I realized the photos on VRBO didn't adequately show the spaciousness and that its luxury and comfort were understated. The living/dining room and the bedroom were larger and more nicely furnished than I had thought. Also, the bedroom linens were absolutely gorgeous and the kitchen more thoughtfully furnished than what I could have hoped. I rented this for three months as a buffer until my new house was remodeled. But after living in the rental for a while, I realized how comfortable it was and that if I wished, living in that unit permanently would be entirely adequate. I rate my rental experience as A+!

We enjoyed a three month stay at this property!

The kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed. The unit had a new washer and dryer. The bedroom had a king size bed with a large walk in closet. The bathroom had a large tub and shower combo. The living and dining area was very comfortable with an extra room off living room. The extra room had sliding doors and a sofa bed for company if needed and an office area that was perfect for my laptop and printer? The patio had a nice gas grill. My experience staying there was very positive, also the location was perfect. The owners where very good about getting back to us any time I had a question or needed something. The place looks just as good as the pictures or maybe better as it had recently be remodeled. The place was very clean and I would recommend this property!

Lovely and as comfortable as home!

My husband and I rented this lovely condo for 5 weeks, and we would highly recommend it. It is in a perfect location in a wonderful retirement community and is within walking distance to various stores, restaurants and one of 9 golf courses in town. We have rented many homes on VRBO and we can say this is absolutely one of the cleanest, most comfortable and completely appointed properties we have ever stayed in. The condo has been beautifully remodeled and the owners have thought of every comfort to make your visit perfect. It felt like home to us!
