Winnipesaukee - Lakefront house includes slip, deck, kayaks & sleeps up to 11

Come build memories at this beautiful lake front house that has SO much to offer for every season. It comes with a slip from May-October, you can lounge on or swim off of our upper/lower deck in the summer. We have 2 kayaks, a paddleboard, floats, etc. that you are able to use. We have beautiful views of the lake, boats, foliage, etc, from our huge deck that is literally on the water/Lake Winnipesaukee. In the colder months, you can walk onto the ice from our deck and ice fish, ice skate, snowmobile, or visit with the pilots that hang out with their planes on the only ice landing strip in the US (which is amazing to watch from the warm house as well!).

This well-kept house has an open concept: a fully applianced kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a 55" smart 4K Roku TV, 1 gig fiber internet/wi-fi, a jacuzzi in one of the bathrooms, a grill, all the comforts of home, and so much more.

This house is across the street from Lake Winnipesaukee, but nothing other than stairs and crossing the street is in your way. The slip that is included in the rental will give you access to the entire lake which is 71 mi² (area) and 20.75 mi (length).

There are lots of places to walk to, so no need to always get in your car to go places. A sandy public beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops are just steps away. Hiking/skiing the mountains is nearby (Mt. Major is 5 minutes away & Gunstock is 17 minutes away), and Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion is about 20 minutes away (great concerts here!).

Off-street parking is provided for three cars in the driveway. There is no other parking available on our street.

House has a camera on the front/back of house. Video footage is not shared & is recorded for liability reasons in the case of a break-in, injury, unauthorized parties and/or excessive guests, and pets not disclosed. Disabling/obscuring cameras is prohibited and may result in eviction w/o refund.
