The house was the perfect size for our group! Our only issue was that we were notified about a few issues with the home about 4 days before our stay even though we booked very far in advance, so we were unable to find another option for our big group. In addition we ended up having to pay 10 each to use the amenities, which we were also informed about just days before arriving. Overall, the home was okay and fit our needs.

The check on process was complicated someone has to reach out to me, but I didn’t know that and didn’t respond until I wasn’t getting a reply on the app. My reservation almost got canceled and I had to pay an 80 fee. The house was very dirty sheets smelled weird towels was washed with bathroom mats when I I looked in the dryer. The washing machine and dryer were outdated and smelled bad. An animal was scratching in the walls for a good portion of the night. The shower curtain and bathtub had mold on it.

Beautiful house

We loved staying in this gorgeous house. Was roomy and clean and comfortable with so many amenities. My only complaint was the jacuzzi not working. The property owners were very helpful and available with any questions or problems.

Nice space, a few issues

This is a big house with plenty of room to stretch out and lots of bells and whistles, which made the condition of the appliances especially baffling. The grill and stove had knobs missing or not working, the insulation on the fridge was peeling and it wouldn’t always close and the dryer was literally taped together and stopped working on our final night when we had just washed our clothes before traveling. it’s in a nice, low-key community with pool, tennis and basketball courts within a modest walk or tiny drive. Just fix the appliances please.

There was NO HEAT, we need a FULL REFUND

There was no heat for the entire stay. The propane tank, which fuse the heat was empty the day we got there, and the next day when it was filled, the heat still did not work because the furnace was not active cold air was blowing whenever we had the furnace on and we left it on for hours to warm up. We did not sleep there the second night because the first night we slept in winter jackets. This was the worst experience I ever had renting. I need a full refund because the home owner broke the law by not supplying heat to us on 20° days. We must be taken care of after such an awful experience and the weekend we looked forward to completely ruined.

First bad review I have ever written.

This property has its pros and cons. I will start with the bad because there is more of it. First of all there was worn dirty underwear in one of the bedrooms(the one I happen to be using) Secondly the check in process. Called the property manager to get the code for the lock box and he basically said "it's in one of the emails I can't get it for you right now" was dismissive and not helpful. So I needed to drive to the edge of the community to get service to scroll through 6 weeks of 10+ emails to find it. There was no welcome book, guest book, menus from local places, anything. The house was just empty in that sense and had a not pleasant smell. Third the wifi. I do not understand why the wifi password isn't posted ANYWHERE in the house. The service is HORRIBLE so after you finally get in the house you realize you want to connect to the internet but you have to go back to the gate to get service in order to scroll through emails again to get the password. Fourth con goes to the dishes and basement for being dirty. Dishes in cabinets were clearly not clean and the floor in the basement was like a frat house, sticky, gross, not cleaned at all. Fifth the drains because they don't drain. Showers filled up with water after 2 minutes. Called the property manager about these complaints but couldn't get an answer. Called the secondary number and was told there was Draino under the counter. I'm sorry but I did not spend 2600 dollars to be asked to fix the thing myself. Sixth the smoke detector was thrown in a kitchen drawer not hooked up to the house. Seventh there was ONE yes ONE roll of paper towels and only about 5 rolls of toilet paper in the entire 3 bathroom house. 10+ people for a weekend and you can't stock up paper products? I have spent 1/20 of the money and gotten better amenities. Eighth the water in the shower went ice cold if you use it more than once an hour. Ninth every single bed squeaks loudly with every little movement. Tenth the house while very nice isn't equipped with much, no cable TV in main living area 1 more in basement and that's pretty much it for entertainment. 11th and final con was they only give you 8 passes to the beach/pool so if you go with more than 8 people(like I did) you will get kicked out of those areas(they are strict) The pros have more to do with the area the gated community is very secure and nice, the private beach before we got kicked off was fun, and the size of the house worked well for our big group.

Overall house was spacious. There was some maintenance and cleanliness issues. Had to wash dishes and pots before use. Also there was laundry left in dryer from previous stay. Firepit was rotted and full of holes.

Great house

Great house. In a very nice area. Close to everything. Lots of space for all. Beds were comfortable. Basement was very cool. Only reason it wasn’t a five star was because the hot tub wasn’t working and that is one of the things we look for when picking a place so to hear it wasn’t working 4 days before we got there, was a disappointment.

Great place but needs minor improvements.

We had a great time, but some minor fixes would lead to a better experience. The outlets on the kitchen for appliances don't work, the pull table is leveled with cardboard. Bring your own pans and cooking utensils If you plan on cooking, the ones provided are wrecked. Overall everything else was good, the hot tub was a nice touch. The owners were easy to contact and flexible.

Amazing!!

This house is fully equipped. From the hot tub to the outdoor deck to the king bed suite to the game room. Me and my 10 friends had an amazing time and even saw a few friendly wildlife passing by in the mornings. The owners are super nice and understanding. I wish there was a blender in the kitchen though. Would definitely recommend and would definitely book again.

Group stay

The property was a amazing we can’t wait to go back. Unfortunately we had a problem with the basement flooding so we couldn’t use it the first night but the plumber came the next day and the guys in our group cleaned it so we at least go to enjoy it for a night. The owner was very helpful and nice and accommodated a lot for us. We can’t wait to go back!!

Lots of amenities

House was awesome! Basement was full of great activities. Backyard had plenty of space for games and lounging. . House was very roomy and comfortable. Had some ac trouble the first night but igli (host) was able to get a tech the next day to get it fixed. the hosts were very responsive and courteous!

Great amenities in a nice area

We stayed here for a weekend away with a bunch of friends. Hosts were available and contacted me prior to our visit and made sure we were set to go. They quickly and throughly answered any questions I had. We certainly recommend to anyone especially if you enjoy pool or poker! House was in great shape and has ample space for many people.

Fantastic weekend, the property management was amazing and quickly answered any concerns and questions we had. There was always something to do in the house, the lay out was wonderful and me and my group could not have asked for a better weekend
