Looking for clean and modern accommodations at the base of Winter Park? This newly renovated condo at the base of Winter Park Resort is your perfect getaway. The impressive contemporary features within this unit including granite counter tops in kitchens and baths, a grand soaking tub, stainless steel appliances, brand new Smart 55 inch TV, gas fireplace, private balcony, in unit washer/dryer (not coin operated).

HOT TUB HOURS for Ski season 2025/2026
9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

To allow you maximum flexibility and comfort during your stay, this condo offers sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests with a primary bedroom (king bed and a twin-over twin-bunk bed with flat screen TV) and attached bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. There is a sofa sleeper in the family room.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.
In addition, you can find a pack 'n play in the closet.

Enjoy the roof top deck which features an over-sized hot tub, gas grills and outdoor fireplace. The building also offers free Wi-Fi

Winter Park Resort includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.5 miles away at the town of Fraser.

Guests also have the opportunity to purchase a parking spot in the attached heated parking garage

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Perfect location! The best part about this condo is the underground parking! It made everything so much easier with small kids.

Great stay

The condo was clean and comfortable. Loved the location! Made the assumption since it was on the ground level, but couldn't walk out to the village from the patio. Management was awesome! Would stay again!

Wonderful experience, comfortable space located just across gondola and steps away from Gemini lift. This choice of lodging really added to how well our stay at winter park went.

Nice location - Good experience

Great location right across the street from the Winter Park lifts and convenient to bus lines. Property was clean and was as described although decor was slightly different from pics but similar and same apparent quality. Large bathrooms and w/d in unit was convenient. A little far from elevators but was not an issue for us. Coffee pot was a little strange - handle and lid did not line up but was functional and we made it work. Overall would consider staying here again and would recommend to others.A little far from elecator

Great time in a great space with a great location!

Great space, appreciated extra amenities like humidifier/step stools for kids, kitchen was well-appointed. Bring your own Tupperware! Would prefer all communication through VRBO app instead of having to search emails. Did appreciate management making sure we had nearby hottub access during hottub construction.

Great condo, great location!

The condo was clean and lovely. The king bed was soft and very comfy. The kitchen is stocked well enough to cook the basics. There is also a crockpot which is always nice to use while you're out skiing. The location was perfect. You just had to walk across the street and you were at the gondola. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent this condo again.

Great location, simple booking

We have stayed here a few times, it’s always clean and easy to book. Like most of the places in the mountains it does not have air conditioning so expect to use lots of fans during the day. The refrigerator doesn’t get very cold but it’s better than a cooler. All of the units in this building share the same parking system. It is finicky and seems to cause everyone problems. Thats not really a mark against this unit, just the system overall. In spite of these small things I would totally stay here again and you should too..

Reviewer Comments: The property manager, Charlotte, is fantastic - took care of everything for us when we needed to add one day onto our stay at another condo in the same building. We really preferred the other unit we stayed in (3135) because of its location and size. This unit is extremely far from the elevator, and wasn’t as big as our other unit. The shampoo/conditioner containers were all falling off the walls, and they need additional towel racks (just like most condos/hotel rooms do). Interesting that the king bed was in the room with the bunks and the queen was in the other bedroom alone.

Family ski trip

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the slopes and restaurants. The property was very clean and as described. U derground heated garage too! The only thing is wifi was almost nonexistent....which bothered teens but definitely not a reason to pass this place up. Would stay again!

This condo was conveniently on the third floor (with access to the hot tub) and had high ceilings which made it feel spacious. The room layouts worked well for our family of five. All of the furnishings are in great shape and clean. Can't wait to stay again in March.

Quiet and comfortable

We have stayed in a few properties in this complex and really liked how quiet this one was. It’s away from the train and below the highway so better than the others.

amazing location, cute and clean condo

Amazing location to walk to summer activities at WP. Huge roof top hot tub a short walk away (normally the building this unit is in has one, but it was temporarily closed). Plenty of space, bunk beds for kids to sleep and comfortable bedding. Would stay again!
