You will find amenities like: Bikes, coolers, sand toys, beach wagon, beach umbrella, beach chairs and cooler on wheels are a few of the amenities found in this beautiful and spacious four bedroom beach home!! Bring the family!! Great for large groups and two families! This beautiful beach vacation rental is available year round with a minimum of 2 day rentals in the off season (Sept-May) and 7 day rentals in June, July and August. Off season Oct-April enjoy an evening inside by the fireplace.

Property is professionally maintained and managed by the owner, and it shows! You won't be disappointed in this beach house! Bring your family, friends.....girls/guys weekends, reunions, etc!!
CONVENTION CENTER RENTALS: Weekends Sept-May. Full week rentals Saturday to Saturday June, July and August!

RENT this like NEW, Condo with a GREAT FLOOR PLAN, CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING and FREE WIFI plus Roku and HULU LIVE TV for tons of channels, movies and TV shows for adults, the family and children! The living area is spacious with a gorgeous gas fireplace (October - March) and 32 inch flat television. The kitchen has an island and dining area with plenty of room for the whole family. New and gorgeous granite counters and tile throughout the living area. .

This beach home is a duplex on the first floor so there are plenty of windows on all sides to let Sun and Fresh Sea Air in. The front of the house has an extra Large Covered Deck with beautiful white resin wicker furniture. There is a large two car garage plus separate huge storage area and additional one car parking on the driveway will give you tree off street parking spaces and a safe and dry spot for you to store your beach things. We have four cruiser bikes that you may use while on vacation. There is also a beach wagon, beach chairs (8), beach toys, beach umbrella, and coolers for you to use.

The Beach Condo includes FOUR comfortable bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV with Roku & HULU Live for tons of channels, and private bath. The Second bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV with Roku & HULU Live, the third has two twin beds, and the fourth has two twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as the living area. There is a queen sized sofa bed in living area with Bob-O-Pedic mattress. There is a private enclosed hot & cold outdoor shower with separate entry from back of garage, just look out back.

Every room is fully furnished with HIGH QUALITY MATTRESSES. The Living Room has a sofa bed that sleeps two. This home sleeps ten very comfortably.

Bed Linens and towels can be rented locally through Wildwood Linen Supply,
they will deliver fresh linens right to the beach home....call 609-522-2724.

NO SMOKING INSIDE HOUSE & NO PETS ALLOWED.

There are beautiful tile floors throughout Kitchen, Dining Area and living areas for quick and worry free clean up. The Kitchen will be ready to go and fully stocked with all the kitchen essentials. The Dining area seats and feeds 10 plus.

This condo is Furnished and Decorated beautifully for your enjoyment! Get ready for a Comfortable and Relaxing Sea Shore Getaway. March/early April is when the whelk shells come in, so if you are shell hunters/lovers (like our family), try a weekend in March/early April when the whelks come in!!! Great for shellers! Or try a November/December weekend, visit beautiful Victorian Christmas decorated Cape May (only 4 miles south) and return home to lounge in front of the fireplace with wine!

We are sure you will enjoy your stay!

Rentals are Saturday to Saturday only during June, July and August.

This is the second year my family booked this property and we canā€™t wait to come back again. We always have more than enough room, the property is clean, and we love the short walk to the boardwalk. The amenities are also a big help: gas grill, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, and bikes!

Lovely condo!

My girlfriend, friends and I stayed here for a week. It was perfect for us! Facility was very clean, and they provided some supplies for us which was very appreciated. Incredible location, 10 minute walk to Moreyā€™s Piers. Colleen is very nice and a pleasure to talk with. Thank you so much for helping make our stay comfy and wonderful!

Great family vacation.

The house is very nice and in a great location. Our favorite part was the beautiful, spacious deck. The accommodations and amenities were exactly as described in the listing. The only 2 things that were a little odd: 1) there is a list on the fridge with possible infractions and the amount of money that would be charged. It was long! One was getting charged $40 if a piece of furniture was moved! My family and I are very responsible renters so we werenā€™t concerned and it became a little joke. But I can tell sheā€™s probably had people that have not been responsible and I understand her wanting to make sure people treat her place respectfully. 2) Upon checkout there is to be no garbage in the garbage bins, so I had to drive out last days worth of garbage to the recycling/waste center. It wasnā€™t far so it was really not a big deal. However, this is the first time Iā€™ve ever had to do this with any rentals in Wildwood or other places. Overall, we had a great time and I would definitely rent this place again! Thanks!

This is by far the most cleanest property we ever rented. What is a big difference to have a kitchen with everything you need from silverware, cups, pans, cleaning supply ā€¦etc. laundromat, three car garage, storage room (bikes, Wagon , ..) made our stay fantastic. Location is perfect. Easy IN / OUT from the boardwalk. We enjoyed the balcony in the morning as well as at night, very relaxing. Very clean and spacious bedrooms. Family Vacation Fun!

I want to thank Colleen for having my family at the condo last week! We had a great time! The condo is two short blocks to the boardwalk. It is in a great section of wildwood. The bikes were an awesome touch! I used them everyday. Colleen was very responsive. Check in was easy. The house is clean. The beds were comfy. The neighbors were nice! All in all, I would definitely recommend this place!! Again, thanks for having us! We had a blast!!

The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Colleen was quick to respond when I needed her and was on top of everything! If you like the air a little cooler inside let her know ahead of time.... it was warm for us because we like a cold home to sleep but we didnt press the issue. She did let us know for next year she would accommodate us! Overall a great vacation!

Exactly as described! Excellent Rental.

The property was exactly as described and the owner is top notch. She goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and encourages communication if there are any questions. The condo was very clean and fully supplied with all kinds of kitchen utensils/pots/garbage bags/soap/pillows/coolers/chairs a beach cart and good air conditioning. The location was perfect. We were within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk and our kids loved riding the bikes, and their skateboards around town and having freedom to explore with so many interesting things to do. We fell in love with the Kona Surf shop and purchased two beginner surf boards which were a blast for our teens. We kayaked on the bay and did a deep sea fishing trip where we caught at least 6 different types of fish including small sharks. It was a super fun week and I would highly recommend this rental!

Easy walk to beach and boardwalk

Property is clean and decorated very nicely. Large living area and super large deck with 4 great bedrooms! Owner is incredibly easy to work with. The walk to the beach was fast and easy, 5 minutes. My family and my brother's family stayed, 9 of us in all....plenty of room! On second day beach cart broke, Colleen had a local store deliver one right to us within hours. We loved parking the car and never having to use it all week....we walked and biked to everything. I would definitely recommend this place for your vacation....you will love it!

Wonderful location, 5 minute walk to the beach and boardwalk!

This home is spacious, clean and organized! We loved the super large deck with seating for all of us. Had an issue with 2 bike tires being flat, previous renter left them that way and we have 4 riders. Called Colleen on arrival, Saturday.....she had some one come and take bikes to repair shop right away and we were good to go! I would definitely recommend this beautiful home with all its amenities! Owner is very accommodating and easy to work with.

Nice location

The location is good. More like 2 blocks to the beach and right smack in the middle of the boardwalk. The property it's self was okay. Rooms very small. Cable TV doesn't work. Only a handful of channels and the cable on the bedroom would just cut out and stop working. More like 1 1/2 beach bikes. 2 bikes tires were popped and one the chain kept falling off. The beach cart is broken. the sliding door to the front porch keeps falling off the track very hard to close. The garage is small. The door to get in his small. Don't plan on putting a big SUV in that garage small cars only. AC is locked at 75 hope you don't like it colder than that. Check in and check out time is BS. Check in 4 p.m. check out 9:30 a.m. it won't take 6 and 1/2 hours to clean that little place. I forgot what the listing said for square footage but there's only about 700 to 800 square feet of living space. The list of rules posted on the fridge plus the email you get with the list of rules is BS. You basically have to have the house put back together perfect spotless with no mess whatsoever not a fork in the sink not a piece of garbage to be found in the trash or you won't get your security deposit. That's why I don't understand the 9:30 a.m. check out. Can't do much on your last day of vacation when you're trying to clean the entire house and get everything packed so you can go enjoy Friday night fireworks because you got to be out the door at 9:30 a m. Like I said the location is great the house is okay. Maybe that's the going rate for Wildwood but I feel like it was overpriced. maybe if everything work properly and everything was there that was in the listing and with six and a half hours before someone else showing up you had someone else clean the house besides me it's still be too small and not worth the money.

Home Away From Home!

Came for cheer competition with other mom's and daughters. Beach house is beautiful and so close to beach. Home is kept clean and organized. Owner was awesome to work with....we accidently left some expensive items without knowing it...and then they arrived in the mail (insured) by owner. She was really great to work with! I would definitely recommend this beach home to families and everyone. We will be back next year!

Neighbors complaining of too many kids in the house what did they expect on Prom weekend. Even cops said they ha better things to do and kids were harmless. Landlord threatened to put the kids out in the middle of the night and was extremely rude and unprofessional to myself and my daughter. I will not book through this site again.

The location of the house was absolutely perfect; only a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Colleen was a great host, very organized, and totally accessible for questions. We would highly recommend this house as a place to stay!

Perfect size for a family stay

Stayed one night. Was very easy for access and owner's Mom helped guide us when we arrived, initially wasn't sure which of the properties was the rental....above and beyond. Would suggest better lighting around entrance on side of house. Place was nicely decorated and loved how the kitchen/living/dining rooms were very open for the entire family to gather together.

I chose Wildwood NJ to start my little seaside rental business. Wildwood has so much to offer vacationers young and old!! There is a lot to do and lots to relax and enjoy: From playing board games on the deck or just people watching.... to the board walk.... bay watching along Susquehanna Ave, boating, parasailing, surfing, food, parks, an award winning used book store, Atis Gym, miniature golf, movies on the beach, fireworks, fine dining, casual dining, relaxing on the beach in one of our nap-able chairs.....no one is ever bored! I chose this home because a 4 bedroom beach home is rare in Wildwood as well as the ability to park 3 vehicles and this FABULOUS beach home is in the perfect location! You can bike and walk to just about everything...even the many churches! No need to rent the bikes at an hourly rate when you can borrow ours and leisurely enjoy the true beauty of the island! If you like to exercise, like me.....Atlis Gym is literally steps away and you can purchase daily or weekly memberships!!

I always stock my rental home in such a way as if I were staying there myself with my children (which I do sometimes). A blow dryer, beach wagon, beach umbrella, bikes, a cooler, a completely stocked kitchen (you just bring the food), lots of good beach chairs and sand toys ...are just a few of the nice touches that make you feel at home. My home is centrally located in Wildwood, so you donā€™t have to have a car to get around. This vacation rental has beautiful tile floors in the area, so no need to put up with damp or stained carpets! My rental is clean, decorated beautifully and ready for you to enjoy!
