Just 100 metres to the end of the street, you’ll find a pedestrian crossing leading to a swimming and fishing beach, a children’s playground, and a flat walking path extending south to Bells Creek and north along the passage to the town centre and Kings Beach.
Inside, the property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining and lounge areas with a TV, and modern bathroom facilities including a bath, shower, and toilet. Additional conveniences include an automatic washing machine, clothes dryer, large second fridge and pantry, ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounge, and full window screening for comfort.
Pet Welcome: Conditions apply so please advise us at least 1 month prior to arrival of the breed and size of the dog. If we become aware of a dog or pet staying without prior approval your bond will be withheld by the owner (see clause regarding pets in Terms and Conditions)

This is a typical old beach shack. The location is fantastic, property size ok (would be crowded if all rooms fully occupied).

Holiday house from hell
After seeing the stays ads and being told by others how good the site was with clean lovely homes . I decided to book with you to see how it goes . ( normally we use abn ) On arriving the smell from inside the house was musty smelly and not nice . The bedrooms were a good size but the pillows were very old and mouldy , bed mattress protectors were old and worn with pilling , one of the bedrooms has mould on the ceiling a heath hazard We had the fans on all the time we were there to keep the smell at bay . The living room furniture is old and the main two recliners are dirty and have dirt stains on them . The main room floor carpet has big stains on and the rest of the floor was filthy .Broken chairs were in wardrobes . Dirty and unused pillows and household items were in wardrobes , no supplies in kitchen for washing up , just a dirty sponge . Oven was dirty . No welcoming tea ,coffee, sugar or small milk . Dirty mismatched utensils , ( we had to wash everything. The front veranda looked nice in the photos , but there were old chairs stacked up and dirty broken furniture outside , the outside walls are dirty and dusty . The lounge furniture is broken dirty and rusty , had to put towels on as they are worn and mouldy . Out the back the table, sink. Are very dirty , The bbq is rusty and dirty The only reason we stayed is that my husband is disabled and it was hard getting him there , I have photos of all above , We would like a refund or compensation.

Your staff have every year been both considerate and obliging at all times. We have been renting this property for many years and there have been improvements every year.

Fantastic, relaxing holiday
Good, nice area, comfortable, relaxing. The staff were very accommodating, especially when we had to change our arrival date thank you for your kind understanding. The holiday was very welcome and rejuvenating.

Great beach shack!
We loved our stay at Wills Avenue. Very well equipped beach shack close to the Esplanade, and dog beach. Comfortable beds, had everything we needed

We had a great time!!!
This property is a GEM!!. Central to everything and roomy for a family. The owner was thinking about his clientele when he set the place up. We loved it and the price is right too. * Plus the backyard was secure for our car and small dog.
