Cozy cottage surrounded by woods and just a short walk to the beach!!

Come stay at our cozy beach cottage in the charming area of Historic Pass Christian, MS.

Located within the first block off the beach, situated between the beach and the train, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Begin your day with a cup of coffee on the 10'x30' front porch, nestled among a century-old Oak Tree, or on the expansive rear deck. There’s ample space under the entire house for relaxing or entertaining. Turn on the strings lights for soft, ambient lighting while grilling . We have a large table for dining and extra seating under the house and on the deck. We even have an outdoor shower to knock off all of that sand from your day at the beach!

The back porch and master bedroom offer serene views of the neighboring pond. Depending on the season, enjoy varying Gulf views from the rear deck. Since our home is located between two fully treed lots, there's a ton of nature all around including a pair of Bald Eagles in the nearby pine trees.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home boasts an open floor plan with wood floors, ceramic tile in wet areas, and carpet in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen and both bathrooms have slab granite counters and custom cabinetry. The modern kitchen features stainless appliances, vent hood, and a large stainless kitchen sink. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV w/ direct TV, and has wooded views from the windows.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and offers views of the woods and pond. The en suite bathroom has a large walk in shower. Pull down the black out cellular shades behind the blinds if your plan includes sleeping in!

The guest bedroom has a flat screen Tv, views of the woods, nice sized closet, and two full sized beds!

The third room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat screen Tv, french doors, and has views of the woods and the Large Oak in the front. This room can be used as a bedroom or a flex space!!

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo!

This cottage is ideally located just minutes from dining, casinos, shopping, fishing, live music venues, parks, tennis courts, the harbor, and boat launches. Cross the bridge to enjoy a day or night in Bay St. Louis! For a fun day trip, New Orleans is only an hour away!

Peaceful setting close to the beach

This is our second year to stay at this lovely home. It's a very quiet street and just a short walk to the beach. Everything you need to enjoy the sun and sand is provided - beach towels, beach toys, skim boards, chairs, etc.! The home is right by the railroad tracks, so if trains truly bother you, stay away, but I love the sound! The area under the house is fully equipped with grill and comfortable seating. Jodi is wonderful to work with!

Privacy in a beautiful and convenient location

This house is a nice little hidden gem that is close enough to the beach to walk, but also secluded enough for those seeking some peace and quiet. The house was very clean and full of amenities to make our stay so very comfortable. The owners are great communicators, and there is even a binder that has some suggestions for grocery shopping and eating. We really enjoyed the fact that the beach was also not very busy (and we were there in mid-July).

Lovely home, perfect location.

We enjoyed everything about our stay n this lovely home! It’s was perfectly located for all of the activities we had scheduled. Just located 1 block from the beach and a short drive to downtown Pass Christian. We loved sitting on the front porch to read, have your morning coffee or just watch the storms roll in. This home is very private, secluded and peaceful. The home is well supplied with everything you may need for your stay. Hope we can stay again in the future.

Wonderful family stay!

This property is fantastic for a family gathering! The bedrooms are spacious. The outside area was very nice with lots of seating, a grill and fire pit. The only problem we had was fire ants when we were making s'mores. I live in the area and know they are extremely hard to control! Thank you hosts, we had a wonderful stay!

Wonderfully Peaceful Vacation

My husband and I enjoy vacationing in Bay St. Louis and Pass Christian because the towns are peaceful, safe, and unhurried and the local restaurants have wonderful food and great atmosphere. This well decorated and well equipped home met all of our needs and was convenient to everything. The train was a little surprising the first night, but we became accustomed to its frequent passes very quickly. Jodi communicated all of the necessary information well in advance, making check-in a breeze. We definitely plan to return again soon!

Getaway at Pass Christian

Our family had a relaxing time. Jodi was an excellent host and quickly responded to all communications. The lovely house is well-equipped, clean and located one block from the beach. We took advantage of the local seafood restaurants in nearby Long Beach and Bay St. Louis. There were safe playgrounds & splash parks for our preschoolers in the area. Pass Christian is quieter within a short driving distance of other coastal towns and activities. We highly recommend staying here!

Best on the coast

This place is amazing. The rooms were spacious. The outdoor space is plentiful. The beds are super comfy. Cleanliness was a top priority. Kitchen was fully stocked. And the Location... It is the best on the coast.

Perfect Getaway!

When we walked into this beautiful, CLEAN, and well-cared-for home, we felt instantly relaxed! We spent most of our days on the beach, which is just a short walk away. Besides the beach, we enjoyed exploring Pass Christian, Bay St. Louis, and Ocean Springs. The indoor and outdoor areas in this home gave us plenty of room and a variety of spaces to enjoy as a family or individually. We had all of the conveniences of home, and couldn't have asked for a better property. We hope to return someday! Thank you for sharing your home and for including all of the amenities needed to keep your guests comfortable.

Beautiful property in a great costal town

Our family stayed at this beautiful home for our Spring Break beach getaway. Everything was fantastic! Very well stocked kitchen & everything you need in the home - besides your swimsuit & flip flops! We enjoyed the local seafood, restaraunts, art galleries, Walter Anderson, shopping... deep sea fishing, the MS Aquarium and Bouviour. The few steps to the beach were the perfect afternoon of each day! Our young teenagers loved the space under the house to hang out and enjoy their game playing! Just a wonderful home, great location and loved the memories made! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!!!

Beautiful Stay

This home is beautiful and so perfect for people traveling with small children. I recently stayed with 2 adults and 5 kids under 8 and there was plenty of room for us all to relax and stretch our legs, inside and outside the home. The kids especially loved eating outside and the outdoor shower. The adults loved the comfy furniture and the short, easy walk to the beach. We brought a foldable wagon to haul beach toys and walked down there a few times a day. Took just a few minutes and the beach was almost always completely empty so there was tons of space to spread out and build sand castles for hours. We took a day trip to New Orleans during our stay and spent a morning in Bay St Louis and loved it all. The house was so beautiful, we had such a hard time leaving!

Charm and personality plus

This home had everything my family and I needed for a long weekend getaway. We enjoyed the outdoor space, easy access to beach, the campfire and eagle watching. Communicating with Jodi was easy and seamless! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful home in a great location!

This is our third year coming and we love it! The house is beautiful and has everything we need. The beaches are just a short walk away. We love the area! Jodi is great to work with and response quickly. We will be back!

I can’t say enough about this property or the manager!

It was lovely, clean and the theme was carried out into the smallest details. It was walking distance from the beach and we just had the best time. We wanted to extend our stay and the owner Jodi, was super cool and ok’ed it within around 20 min of our request. The home was spotless and every amenity was thought out before our arrival. It smelled wonderful when we walked in and all linens were fresh and clean. A menu was laid out by the guest book for a local eatery- which we tried- and it was deelish! I have 3 small boys and they ran around and explored the property, We def would book again, it was the perfect mini vaycsy for our family!

The house was beautiful.

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautiful and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice and close to the beach trail, restaurants a d shopping in either Pass Christian or Bay St. Louis.

Book club get away

What a wonderful time spent with friends!! This place is such a relaxing place. There is a binder left for you to thumb through to find fun things to do while you are here. I have already shared the listing with family members so that they will keep it in mind next time they need a little getaway. I wish I could have stayed longer because it was hard to leave. I will absolutely stay here again. Thanks Jodi for letting us share your home.

We are Billy and Jodi Pruitt. We lived on the MS coast for 11 years and lost our home on this property during Hurricane Katrina. Our current city is Lafayette, Louisiana where we are from, but hope to return as full time residents one day. We rebuilt this home to enjoy with our two sons and we come back to the coast every chance we get.

This property has the best of both worlds. It is located in a quiet section of the coast, but still within a few miles of all the action. It has easy access to the piers, harbor, restaurants, and casinos. A pair of bald eagles can often be seen fishing in the neighbors private pond, which is directly behind our home.
