This beautifully updated 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath, 700 sq. ft. first-floor condo is located in Lodge IV at Ocean Creek Resort—an area not directly adjacent to other buildings. The unit was fully renovated in 2021 which included:

Awesome Condo

First time renting from an individual and it will not be the last. This place is much better than described. Neighborhood is very quiet and easy to navigate. Easy check in and host is easy to communicate with. Host provided way more than expected and we will be returning again!

Ocean Creek Experience

This is a great place to stay for a couple or in my case a brother who slept on the large sofa in the great room! Clean as a whistle and great communication from Charles-very short walk to the beach and community pool right outside the back door ! Great experience soup to nuts!

VERY NICE!

Wonderful location; clean, comfy furniture with nice bed and linens provided. Mr. Smith was a pleasure to work with. Most generous VRBO host ever...supplied water, Keurig coffee and too many "extras" to list! Book this condo...you will not regret it! We are already planning our next get away there!

Great Lodge Condo

This is a fantastic little condo. It is perfect for a couple and beautifully updated. The unit is equipped with virtually anything you will need during your stay, and the owner is very responsive should you need to contact him. The condo is very well maintained and immaculate, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a huge plus. We will definitely return to this condo again in the future.

Excellent condo

This condo was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. It’s the perfect size and it was super clean. We’ve stayed at OC multiple times and have always been pleased (hence why we are return guests), but no condo we’ve rented in the past has compared to this one. You don’t have to bring anything but your suitcase. Charles supplies everything else you would need to enjoy your vacation. We will definitely be renting this one again!

excellent condo in ocean creek

My wife and I are former landlords of beach property along southern New Jersey. We know how hard it is to maintain a rental property with weekly renters. Charles certainly takes pride in his property and we were very pleased with his condo. The beach locker was great not having to bring chairs and an umbrella back and forth to the beach. We were so pleased with the condo that we just signed a lease for two weeks in 2017. Again, thank you Charles

vacation during COVID-19

My husband and I just returned from our trip and we loved it! The condo was extremely clean and the extra amenities were a pleasant surprise. We were not sure what to expect due to Covid but the beaches were still open and there was plenty of space for everyone to keep a safe distance.
