Great place to stay with our kids while visiting Breck for the week. Proximity to the part was a plus, as well as access to the hot tub and community pool.

Pretty Small Space- Needs Updated

We had 5 people in this condo, and it was extremely tight. The second bedroom is full of beds, there is just enough room to barely get around the beds. With suitcases this made the space pretty unbearable. The carpet is older and is wrinkled up in areas and all of the cabinets are losing their finish and need painted badly. There were two key cards to get us to the trash enclosure, etc. Neither one of them worked. We woke our last morning to a rapid leak from one of the sprinkler heads in the living room. I contacted the owner and received a response very quickly. We left early and they did refund us for one night which was greatly appreciated. On a positive note, the kitchen is very well stocked. There is every type of pan and utensil you would need. The condo is within walking distance to so many places to eat and shop as well as ice skating. Our biggest issue was of no fault of the owners but still not a great way to spend your vacation. If you're looking for location and not luxury, this condo would be fine but accommodating 6 people is a big stretch.

Quick stay

The living room had plenty of space to sit. However, one of the corner standing lamp’s knob was broken, So you couldn’t turn on the light. The complex Jacuzzi is right next to the master bedroom You can easily hear the people in the Jacuzzi talking late at night through after midnight and we even had the windows closed. The bedrooms were bit dark, didn’t get a lot of natural light with the window's. One of the check out rules was that you had to strip the linens off the beds. We have stayed at other VRBO rentals and never had to do this chore. The TV/cable worked as long as you knew your own password to Hulu Netflix, etc. Their welcome book noted they have xfinity cable but there was no xfinity remote to be found.

Perfect condo

This home is perfect for staying in Breck! It is centrally located, walking distance to main st. And has everything you would need during your trip! We loved having a play pin and high chair it made our stay so much more convenient. All the extra touches Rick and Tina do are beautiful. Use Carter Park for free sledding it is less than a mile away from the condo, they even have an area for donated sleds you can use.You HAVE to try Whiskey Star Smokehouse for bbq, it was delicious!The gondola rides are also free and make for a nice scenic view of Breck.You won't regret staying at Rick and Tina's place 😊

Cozy Condo in Fall Paradise

Great location!

Spent a long weekend here in September. Tina and Rick were great to work with. The condo itself is clean and accommodating, and it is in a perfect location. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location and Communication

Booked for three nights for a ski trip with a family of four. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. Owner had excellent communication and suggestions. I loved the short walk to Main Street station to gather our ski gear and hit the slopes. The trail to see the troll and a nice park is across the street. Very short walk to Main Street that has everything you need.

comfortable and close to town

Had a great stay. Owner was very responsive. Very cozy living area with plenty of room for family to be together. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops of downtown and short free trolley ride to Peak 9 which we found to be less crowded than Peak 8. Would recommend!

Wonderful condo and great customer service

This condo was very clean, comfortable and functional. Our family of four enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others. The fireplace was fantastic at the end of day of skiing. and the hot tub was great and was like a private hot tub right outside of our unit. We walked to dinner every night which was very convenient. The owner contacted us the night before we arrived to let us know the washing machine was broken and could not be used and they gave us a partial refund as a washer/dryer was a requirement for us. We very much appreciated the transparent communication and credit. Our only consideration for this property is that access to skiing is a bit of a challenge. You either have to walk a good distance (which is not ideal for us in our ski boots and kids) or you have to drive and pay for parking. One day we parked at the gondola and paid for parking and one day my husband dropped us off and then he had to walk. Something to consider if you have ski gear and are going to the slopes. But overall this was worth it to us for a fantastic property.

Lovely family retreat

The condo was perfect for a 5-day visit in Breckenridge for our family of 4. It was very comfortable, clean, and in a good location, 10 minute's walk into town. It was nice to have an indoor parking spot too, especially with heavy amounts of snow! Tina and the property company were very helpful and easy to get ahold of. Overall, great stay!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Rick and Tina's place was perfect for a last minute getaway! We had a slight hiccup getting the key cards to work when we arrived, but Tina was quick to respond and get us in. The condo itself was clean and cozy, perfect size for 4 adults. We didn't do any cooking, but looked like there was everything you might need if you do. The heated garage was amazing, and although we were a little nervous about our car fitting (an Expedition), it fit comfortably with room to spare. The property is walking distance to downtown and there is also a shuttle stop right out front. Wonderful place to call home for our trip, definitely recommend!

Outstanding!

We spent 6 nights at this fantastic property as we visited Breck to attend a wedding. This quiet location is perfect with just a short walk to Main Street. The unit was very well equipped and the communication from the team at Evolve was top notch. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway!

The property met all our needs! Very easy check in process. Great location to walk to town, rent skis and walk to lifts. Our three kids each loved having their own bed in the bunk bed room.

Fabulous and wonderful!

The hosts are by far the best yet and the place couldn’t have been better. Super location, walk to ski and slopes, and downtown access is an easy walk too! Rick and his wife are just the sweetest and made sure everything was great from beginning to end. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Wow! We will try to get back!

Wonderful.. Fabulous..Terrific!!.

This is absolutely one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. Rick and his wife are the best! They were in continued contact with us before and during our stay. They made sure we knew the condo was ready for us and helped make checking in a breeze. The condo is so great, even though we were 8 adults in the two bedroom spot. The location was marvelous. We walked to our ski rental and valet and straight to peak 9! Wow. Downtown was a short walk away and town has so much to do. The condo was comfy, fire toasty, and hot tub right outside. The heated garage was such a nice touch. Rick and his wife seem to be such a great pair and made sure we were safe to leave in the snow storm that hit. We will recommend this property to one and all and will hopefully be back one day! Thanks for helping us make memories with our adult kiddos!!
