Beautiful Tropical Inspired Pool Home in Private Community <2 Miles To Beach

Come relax and have fun at our beautiful tropical style pool home in the upscale gated golf community of Spanish Wells.

We are located off Bonita Beach Road, less than 2 miles down the road from this wonderful beach.

You don't have to golf to enjoy our wonderful clubhouse. There is an optional club dining membership where you can use the restaurant and pub. Golf is available to you as well, if you choose.

Our home is spacious and bright. The living room, kitchen and master bedrooms all open up to the large private screened pool area. The sliding doors fold right back into the walls allowing true indoor/outdoor living. The outdoor pool/lanai area faces West, has 2 sun loungers, a large dining table and a white wicker lounge area. We also have a large BBQ with extra propane tanks.

This bright home features a split bedroom floor plan, with the primary bedroom on one side of the house and the guest/family bedrooms on the other side of the house. Vaulted ceilings in the separate living room and family rooms, granite in the kitchen and bathrooms, and a private yard with enclosed pool lanai make this home special.

The Primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom is large, spacious and bright There are 3 additional bedrooms (2 with queen beds & 1 with twin beds that can be turned into a king sized bed). The kitchen is fully equipped and modern with stainless steel appliances and has a convenient breakfast bar along with a separate eating area.

This house is bright, modern and is equipped with everything you need to have a great vacation. There is high speed wireless internet & cable TV with over 70 channels. If you would like additional sports or movie packages we can arrange that as well for your arrival. We even have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach towels for your day at the beach as well as 2 bicycles.

We have an EV charger outlet in the garage for an electric vehicle.

Our home is located 2 miles down the road from the beautiful white sand beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast.

We are close to many casual and fine dining restaurants, outlet mall shopping, upscale shopping centers, health food stores, grocery stores, mini golf courses, regular golf courses (including the one on-site), casino slots, sunset cruises, fishing, kayaking, and of course our beaches and wonderful sunsets.

The state park is 10 minutes drive away with boardwalks, kayaks etc.

All the amenities above and more are located just outside our private gated community.

Annual stay in Bonita

The house was amazing! It is a very convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Our family had plenty of space and loved the heated pool. The hosts were very accommodating. We plan on staying at this lovely home next year!

Winter in Bonita Springs

The home was absolutely lovely! The owners were fantastic to work with. We couldn’t have asked for a better 2 months out of the Northeast winter weather. We LOVED the Lanaii and pool. Completely fantastic!!!

Excellent Home & Location

GREAT VACATION --- Snowbird for February Beautiful, bright, clean, well-equipped house & perfect location --- just down the road from the beach, shopping, restaurants, etc. We enjoyed the pool every day & our walks around the community. The people were smiling & friendly. It was nice that we were met at the house upon our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed & were able to get on WiFi, use the TV, etc. We would not hesitate to come back again.

Restful paradise

Susan is a great communicator and was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The home is lovely and well equipped! We stayed for 6 weeks and it was the perfect place for us to land while working remotely and home shopping. The kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Excellent location in the heart of Bonita Springs, walking distance to shopping and dining.

Spanish Wells Stay

This house is lovely and located in a gated community only 5-10 minutes from grocery stores, restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking and riding bikes. We definitely took advantage of the lanai and pool to relax during the mornings and evenings. Sue is great to work with and always available for any questions you may have or to offer advice for places in the area. We stayed 30 days and wished it could have been longer. We will definitely stay here again.Thank you, Sue, for making our stay feel like home while away from home. Dan and Gretchen

Best Christmas

This was our first Christmas away from our home in Canada. So we had some reservation's. But they were all dismissed the second we walked into this house that became OUR home for the next two weeks. The home was spacious and well appointed. The pool was great and the neighborhood was very friendly. We are looking forward to our next visit!!!

Over too soon

Another wonderful stay in this lovely home. Sue, the owner, is a pleasure to deal with. She goes out of her way to ensure your stay is as perfect as it can be. The house is very well equipped and beautifully furnished. It is so comfortable. The pool area is private and a lovely area to relax and chill. My only regret….4 weeks was not enough. A huge thank-you for allowing us to stay here again. Clare, Andrew and the boys.

Perfect rental home wonderully equipped

My husband and i just spent a great month in this immaculately equipped and maintained home. We have rented in many other areas in the Bonita Spring and Naples area and found this to be perfect for our needs which puts it at the top of my return list. The owners Sue and Reg were absoultely hands on from the start with the negotiations and house entry. We had no problems with the home which is spacious and very comfortable. The pool is well maintained with weekly checkups and was such a pleasure to jump into from off the kitchen. It was my favorite place to be morning , noon or night. The location of the house is central to most anything you want to do and we saved alot of time in traffic coming and going with this location. I would totally recommend this home to family or friends.

GREAT spacious space with WONDERFUL POOL, great owner!!

LOVED this place! Was wonderful to have two "living rooms"- nice dining room with glass table open to one living area and kitchen open to the other larger living room- all with comfortable furniture (YAY). 4 nice bedrooms- COMFORTABLE king bed! and the king room a very nice size w great decorating. BEST PART was the wonderful pool (fully screened in) and spacious covered lanai! Lovely patio furniture. Bathrooms very nice. I did order a suction cup safety grip for the master shower as the tile was a little slippery and I am "over 65"- but shower good sized. Our place was damaged on Sanibel by the hurricane- we were SO LUCKY to:1) find a place for 4 months!! 2) find a GREAT place 3) find a pet friendly place that takes CATS! (OMG= impossible) AND the owner was absolutely WONDERFUL- easy to deal with, accommodating, sent us tons of info of what to do in the area, and told us great places to go to with maps and ALL!! Super helpful! Gated community, NICE neighborhood and neighbors, we got restaurant membership to eat at the golf course club and husband loved golfing there- SO easy as its right there! Close to Bonita Arts Center for classes, shows, etc (try the evening Raku pottery glazing class with WINE AND PIZZA!- great fun!) Overall just a FEBULOUS place to stay- highly recommend.

Perfect :)

I was lucky to spend 2 months, with my family, in Bonita Springs escaping the summer heat of our home in Abu Dhabi. Even luckier to have rented through Sue and Reg, probably 2 of the nicest people I have ever had the fortune of renting through. As I had a lengthy stay they asked if I would like to try out this home too in addition to their other property...what a great idea to keep the excitement of a holiday going. I absolutely love the decor in the house and it was very well equipped and comfortable. We did not need for anything. The pool was a perfect temperature and I spent many hours in it, sipping way too many Margaritas! Like their other property it is perfectly located for beaches, supermarkets, restaurants, tourist attractions and a gym (if you are feeling energetic). It is also within walking distance of an Irish Bar which is located just outside of Spanish Wells. The community is a very welcoming and friendly place and there is nothing you could dislike. It was lovely walking round the neighbourhood and having people smile and say hello or stop for a chat. I was very tempted to change the locks and refuse to leave. You cannot be disappointed with either of the properties Sue and Reg have to offer, and you could not ask for a nicer couple to rent from. Thank you so much for a wonderful summer. It was perfect.

Another fantastic stay

Another fantastic stay. We love this house as it feels like a home, rather than a holiday rental. It’s comfortable, very well equipped and on a beautiful, quiet road. The pool and outside area is a lovely place to relax. It’s perfectly situated with restaurants, supermarkets, beaches only a short drive away. Sue, the property owner is always to hand for any questions you may have. Highly recommended home. As I always say…we didn’t stay long enough. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Beautiful Bonita Springs

Wonderful property in a wonderful location. Close to everything. Great restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Beach is about 10-15 minutes. Spanish Wells is a wonderful gated community. The pool at the house is great for lounging around or getting in for a quick swim! The owner (Sue) was great to work with and very helpful with the area!

Susan was an amazing host!!!

The property is well maintained. The host was was amazing. The location was excellent. Two miles to the beach and half a mile to shopping. This house and the location had everything a family needs. Spanish Wells is a beautiful, safe and friendly environment. I would recomended this rental to anyone visiting Bonita Springs and or Naples. We would definitely rent again.

Absolutely Wonderful!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property over Christmas & New Years. Nice, quiet, safe location within a gated golfing community. Yeah, there are obvious disadvantages being 2 miles from the beach. But having a private pool at the house was fantastic, and it’s a short drive to many beaches/beach parking. The house does comfortably sleep 8, and we felt like we had plenty of room. On-site washer & dryer, nice bathrooms, fully-functional kitchen, beautiful outdoor seating area & gas grill by the pool......certainly beats the pants off of any hotel. Highly recommended.

Very nice vacation

Very nice vacation with our family. We enjoyed to be back in Florida. Sue was extremely friendly and helpful and we are thinking of going back next year. We can only recommend this nice house for a nice and relaxing vacation.

WHAT A GREAT PLACE!!!

Sue & Reg, Thanks for letting us share your home with us. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Your home is set up perfectly and the pool was awesome. The "great" room which opened to the lanai and pool made for many enjoyable evenings. The home's location in the gated community of Spanish Wells is convenient to many nice restaurants and the ocean. Hello !! We are a Canadian couple still who still have a few years until retirement. We enjoy sunshine, beaches, golf and travelling. Bonita/Naples & the specific location of this house were a perfect fit for us. It is gated, private, on a golf course and close to the beach and every entertainment, shopping and dining experience we could think of. We hope you enjoy our house and location as much as we do. When in Canada we are counting the days until we can come back south !!

My husband has been coming to this area with his friends (men's trip) golfing for 30+ years. 15 years ago I came for a visit with him and loved the area, the people and the beaches. We have been coming regularly ever since.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Your pool and screened lanai are large, sunny and private, facing west, with tropical landscaping. and wonderful sunsets. The living room, family room and kitchen areas all have sliding glass doors that fold right into the walls leaving the whole wall open to the outside for true indoor / outdoor living. The house has a great split bedroom floor plan (master and guest rooms on opposite ends of the house). As well a separate living room and family room provides space and privacy for families or multiple couples.
The renters are welcome to join the neighborhood social club which meets at a different house each month allowing you to meet your neighbors and gain a social group of friends to enjoy the sunshine and warm weather with if you wish.
We also have a dining membership at the clubhouse that is transferrable for a small club fee .
