Summer 2025 Season ! Walk to the beach!

Immaculate 1 bedroom condominium walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Second floor end unit, overlooking the pool. Offers 1 parking space, a deck on site to read, relax and enjoy the ocean breeze. The best part is that the condo is located at 9th and Wesley, directly in the middle of the pulse of Ocean City. If you enjoy exercising you are within walking distance to the beautiful 9th street bridge where you can walk, jog or ride bikes. Enjoy the walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and attractions, restaurants, convenience stores, drug store, Wawa, Acme, Starbucks, ice cream parlor and downtown shopping. The unit is clean, updated and owner maintained. This is one of the few rentals that has a pool on site, provides one parking space and an upstairs deck. Four beach tags also provided. View the pictures and see for yourself!

Notes: Renters must include a responsible adult over the age of 25 who occupy the property.
Please Note: We do not rent to school, prom or senior week groups.


*Please see calendar for availability and rates. For the Summer season rentals run Saturday to Saturday only.
*Sheets (Queen), towels, beach towels are not provided and are the renters responsibility.

Great location!

Very clean and spacious- perfect for our group of 4, and just a few short blocks to the boardwalk and beach! The location is excellent! We were able to walk to mini golf, restaurants, shopping - pretty much everything we wanted to do during our stay. Highly recommend staying here.

Ocean City Mini Vacation

This was an easy, very clean, centrally located vacation spot. If planning to cook and prepare food bring storage bags and or containers.

Excellent stay!

We loved this property, everything was great and there was plenty of room for two of us in our 50’s and three “kids” in their 20s. The location is really perfect- close to everything. This is really a hidden gem!

Great place and location!!

My family and I had a great stay and loved everything about this place! Plenty of room and perfect location. We were close to everything. The pool is wonderful too. My kids can’t wait to come back next year.

Great family getaway!

Really enjoyed our long weekend at OC. Bill was an excellent host. The unit was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's a very short walk or bike ride to the beach and boardwalk. Everything was exactly as described in the posting. Would go again in a heartbeat!

Great location!

Plenty of storage, close to beach and attractions in Ocean City, NJ, quiet at night and clean pool. The site manager answered all of our questions quickly. We would rent this location again.

Horrible! The condo was filthy when we arrived. We had to clean it ourselves. Host said there was a mix up and it could not be cleaned prior to our arrival. We had children with us and had made them wait until we cleaned condo before we let them come in. Did I mention one of the beds quilts had blood stains. Bathroom had feces on toilet bowl. Host said he would reimburse us for cleaning fee. We are still waiting on that reimbursement. Recommend not to stay here if you have children because you never know what filth they can be exposed too.

Perfect hotel alternative

It was perfect sized for what we like to do. Love having the separate sleeping space, and just enough living space to do a puzzle or two, if the weather isn’t great. Beach right off of 9th isn’t the best since they have some beach fortification rocks in the water and two giant storm drain pipes, but a half block south on the beach is prime space.

This is a Gem!!

Enjoyed my stay in ocean city for first time. Loved how we could walk anywhere and do something new everyday. Boardwalk , beach , food , all steps away. Condo was very cute . I had 3 people including myself and condo was very roomy. Owner was very responsive .Again thank you so much for a great week away from home and will plan again for future.

Memorial Day Weekend

This is my second year staying here. Love that it is in walking distance of the 9th St. boardwalk. The place is very cozy and clean. The children were very happy that the pool was open this year, one of the perks of staying here. We had so much fun both years and would definitely recommend it. So many things to do close by. Amusements, miniature golf, the beach, walking the boardwalk, bike riding and our favorite the Scream Speedboard Dolphin Watch. 16th Street Seafood Market has the best take out also. Can not wait to come back.

Great spot!

We had so much fun! The owner had great communication. The place is immaculate! It was great being so close to the beach and having so many things in walking distance. It for our family of 4 perfectly. My girls (4&5) were so sad that we only stayed for a long weekend - I was too! I would totally book again (was bummed that there was nothing else available for a weekend in the summer!)

Review

The large green truck parked in a spot when your pulling in is in a really bad spot. It is very hard to turn into the lot the with that truck parked there. Someone did get damage done to his vehicle by hitting the truck. Alot of the lights did not work. The group of adults drinking in the pool stopped us from using the pool.

The condo's location was great, half way in between everything on Asbury and the beach/boardwalk. It was very close to multiple restaurants. However, the lighting was not the best for playing cards. The bulbs in the ceiling fan light were small. The first night we could not get the lights to turn on. I contacted the owner for the "trick" to the ceiling fan as I figured we were missing something. He replied within a reasonable amount of time (great), but he couldn't tell us how to turn them on and offered to send someone out to look at it on Monday (It was Saturday) I accidentally found the trick about 1130 that night-- there are 2 different switches for the fan. One is by the door which wasn't giving us light. The other switch is over in the "hall" on the way to the bedroom. That switch turned the lights on. The "trick" was 2 different switches which he did not seem familiar enough with his own property to relay to me. New owner? I found the bed so hard and uncomfortable that I woke up with hip pain in the middle of the 1st night. I spent the rest of the night and week sleeping on the couch without folding it out. That was much more comfortable for me than the bed. The other people with me were able to tolerate the hardness of the beds.The floor was gritty in bare feet and could have used a wet mop. The AC wasn't cooling wellso we opened the windows at night or air. This allowed black natty bugs in the condo because the screens did not fit flush to the window frame.

Brief get away

Overall impression was good. However, there were a few things that affected my rating: 1) pool onsite was closed despite extreme heat. I was told by another on-site owner, “it always closes on Labor Day”. They did open it the day after Labor Day because of the heat but I was told it wasn’t going to open again during my stay despite the 90•+ heat. I wish I would have been informed about this prior to booking as it may have affected my decision to stay there. Also, there were TV issues and despite me contacting the owner via text and him sending an on-site owner to try to fix it, the one TV still didn’t work and the 2nd one had limited options. Maybe if there were directions in the unit on how to work the TV previous guests wouldn’t have messed it up. Also, I was disappointed in no outside space since I couldn’t go in the pool area. However, since I booked this on short notice, overall my impression was favorable despite what I listed above.

Is was very nice . The only thing was I wish their was more communication of what their was such as dish towels , dish clothes , dish soap etc . Their was none. Other places I stand at had these things. I was just in Tennessee threw VRBO and they had it well equipped!! Other then that the place was great and clean .

We had a great time in this space! The condo was exactly as described and the location was central to all the best of OCNJ. Our family of 3 fit very comfortably! We had a great trip!

We are a large family with 5 children between the ages of 32 - 18 with one still at home. We purchased this property with the hopes that when they all leave the nest, this will be a place for mom and dad. We chose Ocean City because this is where we often spent evenings in the summer months with our children. Whether it was on the amusement rides, walking the boardwalk to taste all the food options, or just to feel the cool breeze after spending the hot muggy days offshore. We live off island, but close enough to maintain this property on our own. We are looking forward to small families experiencing Ocean City as our family did and having fond family memories.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We chose this property because of the central location. The unit itself is large enough for families to stay and still have a separate room from the living area. During the day the front room includes 3 large windows which makes the room bright and sunny. One window overlooks the pool area and the unit is on the end for a more private stay. We love the idea of just parking the car and never having to use it during a visitor's stay. Most people love the fact that our unit is immaculate, bright and makes families feel at home. Most of the décor was our own personal touch.

This unit is in the heart of Ocean City! Take a walk down Asbury Avenue if you like to shop. If you enjoy exercising, walk, or run the 9th street bridge to Somers Point. Best of all walk to the boards, or beach and not worry about finding a parking space.
