Perfect Location! Situated In The Eclectic Uptown Area.

Amazing location! Situated in the eclectic uptown area. Enjoy our quiet and peaceful first floor apartment with full kitchen. Queen size bed and sofa / bed.
Very short walk (100 yards) to shops, restaurants, bike and scooter rentals as well as area attractions. The beach is also a short 10 minute drive to either vilano beach or st. Anastasia state park.
This is a great location to park the car and not drive again until you leave. The apartment has all that you need. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. The bathroom is equipped for either a shower or a bath. Our living area has a couch that also serves as a fold down bed. The dining area sits in a bright and sunny corner of the apartment, perfect to sit and enjoy coffee from the brewer in the kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the necessities for meals at home or just a simple cup of coffee. You will find the apartment to be very clean, safe, smoke free and comfortable. The TV in the apt only plays Netflix, the directions for the TV are in the apartment. There is no charge for any of the movies or shows on Netflix.

The apartment is located in the eclectic uptown area of st. Augustine. This area is best known for its unique antique shops and is also referred to as the antique district. There are many large victorian style homes to small, quaint cottages. This neighborhood is easy walking distance to the castillo fort, bay front and the rest of historic st. Augustine.

Walking, bike, scooter, taxi, sunshine bus company.

Two bikes are included for exploring. Off street parking available.

My family and I enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean and decorated in a very cute style. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a few meals (except we couldn't find an oven mitt). We also felt very safe staying in the place. What we enjoyed most about this apartment was its convenient location. We could walk to lots of shops and restaurants, or walk to the nearest trolley stop. The beach and nearest grocery store were also a convenient 5 minute drive away. My one critique with this apartment is that the description on this website said it had a couch that could turn into a pullout bed. When we arrived, we found out that was not the case. Instead, a member of my family had to sleep on a blow up mattress that slowly deflated as the night went on.

This was my second time at this location. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a little area in back with a table and chairs for morning coffee. Shops and St George street are very close by. Onsite parking was definitely a plus.

The host was east to work with. The info he supplied on accessing the unit was clear and we had no problems. The unit was cute, perfect size for a couple, it was clean and enjoyed the outside area. Also, it was very close to things, we walked to where the tram ride was for the Christmas lights. Really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment was perfect for our little getaway. It was clean and the location was amazing for the price! It was within walking distance to great shops, restaurants & attractions. Carl was a great host and made sure we were all set for our stay, without being overbearing. I will definitely stay here on our next trip to St. Augustine.

Great price for the area and great location! Host was very nice and had their family member help me out with getting the Netflix back. The only thing I’d say is the property is a little outdated and could use an extractor fan in the bathroom. But other than that very happy with my stay and would happily stay there again!

Great location! Space was perfect for our quick weekend trip. Less than a 10 minute walk to the gates at St. George street and the rest of the sites. Would definitely stay again if I was back in the area! Only minor feedback for host I have would be to possibly add some curtains to bedroom window. Blinds worked alright but did not block out sun in the morning. Besides that everything about our stay was excellent!

Perfect location! And easy entry with good directions. However the apartment seemed unloved and lacked simple considerations for renters. No screens on windows or patio door meant a/c was required despite nice weather. Musty smell and very noisy a/c had us long to open the windows. No place to put our clothes, closet full of cleaning stuff and dusty shelves in night tables. No outlets near bed nor ‘tv’, a couple of extension cords required please. Functional kitchen but two can openers and two corkscrews but no good knife. Clock stuck at 7, I mean a simple battery is too much? Overall, expensive for the ambience.

Unit was charming, (classic old-school St Augustine). It was clean and had all the amenities we needed! We live in Florida and just popped in for a concert at the AMP, but it would be a great location just to explore the area, too! Nice restaurants and shops around the corner, and tons to do within walking distance. Host was very communicative, and all instructions were wonderfully clear! Only criticism is the loudness of the AC split unit (it wasn't sleep-interrupting or anything like that-- but we had to turn up the TV higher than usual and Duolingo required a little extra oomph). Would stay again (and probably will!)

Location was good. 10 minute walk to downtown. Apartment was small, but advertised as such. Accommodations such as kitchen wares, bathroom amenities, living room seating, kitchen seating, etc were sparse but adequate. I was alone, which made the above issues not too much of a problem. But if I had been with someone else, these would have been an inconvenience.

Great experience

This location is perfect walking distance from town, we were able to enjoy the fire works without the hassle of parking. It was also very clean and orderly and had a cute board with suggestions of what to do in town.

Great location and communication

Booked a single night here so that I could explore Saint Augustine on the way home from a work trip. The location is fabulous… Walking distance from everything. The unit was rustic, but clean, and the communication from the host was great. If I stayed there again, I’d probably ask that they turn on the air conditioner an hour or so before I arrived, as it was stuffy and a little musty smelling until the air started flowing, and the windows aren’t able to be opened to air it out (or to let the fabulously intoxicating smell of the jasmine outside in!) Otherwise an excellent stay!
