The kitchen is fully equipped with the utensils, cookware, plates, and glasses for quick meals in. Various appliances are stocked including microwave, Keurig, and toaster. The spacious bedroom boasts a cozy King bed to get a good nights sleep. Attached is a full bathroom with walk in shower that is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash allowing you to pack light to save room for all of those Old City souvenirs.

Quiet hours begin at 10 pm and all noise must be kept to a minimum at this time and all outside guests must vacate the property at this time (you will have full private access to the entire 1 bed/1 bath apt, no shared rooms)



*Window ac units are installed for heating and cooling the home. There is no central ac.



*Off-street parking is included in the driveway of the home



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment and front porch, along with 2 reserved parking spaces in the driveway.



The Neighborhood:

The Uptown neighborhood borders. Casa Maria is located on Rohde Ave, which is just a few minutes walk to many shops, restaurants, and the downtown area.



Getting Around:

With the great central location, guests can walk to the many shops, top restaurants, art galleries and attractions making it easy to get around on foot, but a car is helpful for quick rides to the beach, Anastasia Island, or main grocery store.



Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi with cars available at all times of the day.



The old Town Trolley Tours and a great fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off trolley service that offers stops throughout St. Augustine. The trolley makes 23 stops at or near popular destinations and departs every 15 minutes between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. and will set you back around $25 per adult and $10 for kids which includes three days of unlimited rides and complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
