(Owner prefers inquiries of 3 to 4 month stays only. Generally the second half of March and first half of April will not be available.)

There is a $1000 *Refundable* deposit that is required and which will be collected separately and later. There is a one time $100 non-refundable registration fee to register with the Association. These two items will be handled separately after a successful booking.
