With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, you'll delight in the space to spread out and relax! 1 mile to Disneyland, you can walk or drive in 2-3 minutes. This gem is also about 20 minutes to some of the world's best beaches. Los Angeles and San Diego are close enough for day trip.
Designed with dual Master Suites with en suite bathroooms., the layout is ideal for small families and groups traveling together. Large, open Living and Dining room areas provide comfort and space to spread out. Better than cramped hotel rooms!
"Rest" assured that our bedding arrangement includes comfortable mattresses with luxurious linens:
1 Cal-King bed
2 Queen size beds and 1 Queen pull-out sofa
Bunk beds with Full on the bottom and Twin on top.

+ According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. After the signed Reservation Agreement is received, Check-in instructions will be sent which includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable.
+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (6 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.
+ Min stay: 3 nights
+ Parking: 2 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.
+ City Mandated ā€œquiet timeā€ from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Pool, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.
+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions
+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar

Probably the most amazing pool Iā€™ve ever visited. I wish I would have known about this place when our kids were younger. The 5 minute drive to Disneyland, and the pool alone makes it a 10 out of 10 Mickey ear vacation spot.

We arrived Wednesday January 22, 2025 we contacted Valeri the owner or project manager the tvs had no remotes valeri didnā€™t get back to us til 1-23-25 late morning saying she would send the cleaning crew out to clean the pool it was filthy also the hot was warm they came while we was out they left all the window curtains open and all the lights on we checked out 1-25-25 our entire stay no hot water no tvs and no pool we need to be refunded the pictures looks good online the place is outdated

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our choice was based on location, pool, hot tub and game room. The hot tub heater didnt work, the pool heating remote didnt work, the toilets ran, shower dripped, garage door couldnt open, we had to request a vacuum, the game room has two games in the garage but the basketball game didnt work, crib mattress cover was deteriorating (so we bought and left a new one) and the kitchenware was sparse so we bought what we needed to cook at home. Val was responsive to our calls but it was not ideal to have to ask her when we wanted the pool heated, the waterfall running and bummed about the hot tub which was fixed the day before we left. We forgot some items and asked for it a couple of times but never heard back from her. We had higher expectations.

Location, location, location

My family and I traveled from Australia to do a Disneyland stay and see family. The property was home away from home. The check-in process to the checkout process was seamless. The property manager was very friendly. Everything at the property worked perfectly. There was a notebook on how to operate everything. The heated pool and water slide worked with a touch of a button from a remote control. The house was very open plan living and the location was five minutes from everything, including the Disneyland Entrance. Highly recommended to any families looking for accommodation, especially on vacation to do the theme parks. Looking forward to next timeā€¦

Spacious, great location, pool was so welcome

Stayed for 6 nights for a family trip to Disneyland land. 5 adults and 2 ten year old boys. The boys loved the pool and the slide. The adults loved the spa and being able to pop over into the pool for a cool down. The outdoor fireplace was nice to be able to sit around and the end of the evening. Each of the masters have ensuites with shower and one opens to the patio. Third full washroom in hall. The boys also played the air hockey. Was really nice having washer and dryer. BBQ cooked steaks perfectly. Well our chef did but he couldnā€™t have done without the BBQ. Beds were comfy. Had only one issue, which Val resolved to our satisfaction. I would book here again.

Reviewer Comments: Four adults and two children (ages 8 & 9) on a family vacation to Disneyland. The layout of the home was great for us and gave everyone their own space. This home is about a mile and a half from the park. Easily walkable but, we found, after walking all day at the park that the additional three miles a day added up. That said, we did save money on parking. The home is well appointed although a bit dated - to be expected for this sort of thing. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area were absolutely wonderful and we spent every evening outside enjoying them.

House on W. Cris is in a good location, close to a lot of things and parks. Needs updates!

The house did work for our group, it was smaller than it looked in the pictures and outdated. Pool was nice, outdoor furniture needs to be replaced. Inside needs more bath towels and pans for cooking, used the grill outside only once but was clean and worked great! The "game room" had an air hockey table that didn't work, so I would not call it a game room. When I asked the property owner for pictures of the game room she never responded along with a couple of other inquiries, no response. Those are just a few things that I didn't like about the property, it did work for our group and we enjoyed our stay there for the most part. Thank you.

Disappointing Vrbo Stay with AC and Amenities Issues

My recent Vrbo stay fell short of expectations. The room lacked a working AC and relied solely on fans. The listing was outdated and didn't accurately depict the property. Despite reporting the AC problem, it went unresolved. The guest room's bed was uncomfortable, feeling like sleeping on springs. Additionally, a strict 10 PM quiet hours policy restricted outdoor activities, including enjoying wine on the patio. The pool remote was unreliable and had delays. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Property is not kept

The contact for this property NEVER a responded to me. I reached out two days prior and during the stay and no responses. There were no instructions for the pool and it was NOT turned on or heated. We were extremely disappointed as that was the reason we chose this home. We finally figured out on day 4 that there was a remote. We found this by reading the comments from past renters online. The instruction binder is moldy and lacked sufficient instructions. There were spiders everywhere and one of the bedroom door handles kept falling off locking people inside. The key holder was VERY difficult to use and needs replaced. There was no front porch light which made coming back at night uncomfortable. No air conditioning, so it was very uncomfortable temperature wise. Other than that, the rooms were as expected, limited items in the kitchen and nothing matched. Very basic home, not worth the $$.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the time I booked this location1. I was contacted stating they needed more money to keep my reservation.2. The kitchen cookware was old and I could not cook a turkey which I emailed and asked if there were supplies and were told there were.3. The furniture was different, in the add it showed a lot of seating in the living areas, the dinning room was replaced with cheap furniture.4. The pool worked the first day. The spa never did. The pool heater didn't work.5. When I reached out to the people/owner no one responded. 6. the oven was left on broil when we arrived it was very hot in the house and the towel was left on the oven handle, which I'm surprised it didn't catch on fire. If we had not arrived that night...??7. The free standing air conditioner in the bedroom smelled like old wet moldy almost like urine. 8. The dishwasher did not clean or dry the dishes.9. The windows were very dirty, I was looking forward to the sunshine..sorry about it.not so much.10. The lights in front of the house were not working.(outside)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying at Valerie's Rental. Valerie herself kept in contact and was very responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed when we arrived. We were all comfortable, which says a lot for a rental. There were plenty of towels and toiletries. The location is great and within walking distance to Disneyland through the Downtown Disney side(about a 30 minute walk). The neighborhood was safe and everyone seemed nice. There are plenty of restaurants near by. The game room was a nice addition and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The pool was also wonderful as was the backyard. You do have to pay a heating fee for use of the pool, which also includes use of the waterfall, so you are sort of required to pay it. I would preferred everything to be included for whatever the rate is. The master bedroom doesn't have central air so when we arrived it was VERY hot in that one room. We plugged in the mini A/C unit and it was very cold after several hours and stayed that way. you would have to leave the bathroom door open to make sure that it stayed somewhat cool in there. It would have been nice to have the mini a/c already running prior to our check in. There also aren't a lot of plugs in the bedrooms as there are no ceiling fans or ceiling lights. So you have lamps to light the rooms, then you have to plug in your cell phones etc, so you just have to move them around the house to get everything plugged in. Some of the plugs themselves would actually detach from the wall as you were unplugging items. The house has been remodeled to a certain extend, but not all details were finished. The A/C for the rest of the house was excellent. There is also a tankless water heater so we NEVER ran out of hot water which was amazing with several families sharing one house. All in all, we liked the house and it worked for our group.

While the rental was clean, I was very dissatisfied with its overall condition. The listing photos were misleadingā€”if updated images had been provided, we would not have chosen this property. Furniture and lighting shown in the photos were actually missing. I had to call and ask for lighting because one room didnā€™t have any lights. The property manager did provide lighting but was unresponsive afterward. I accidentally shipped an item of significant value to the home after our departure, and they made no effort to assist in retrieving it. I offered to pay for the inconvenience. This lack of customer care makes it clear they do not value repeat guests. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this rental.

Convenient location for a Disney Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall great stay for our active family of 5. Tons of space and good management communication. Nothing really to walk to but easy to drive everywhere. The pool and games in the garage were a huge plus. Only negative was that the finishes in the house felt older and tired and could use an upgrade.

Not worth the money, "bed bugs" stay away!!!!

It was not worth the time or money we paid for this home, the pool is nice, the home is old full of spider webs and of course "spiders" the second master bathroom has not been updated, the outside furniture is old and falling apart, but the worse part apart from the spiders were the bed bugs, we couldn't figure out why on the last few nights we were itching all over the kids the my self and other family members, not worth the time or money spent, this home needs to be taken off and money refunded,.....

Decent stay

Pictures in listing were deceiving. Decent place. Master 2 bedroom bed is terrible. The TVs only worked part of the time. Had to have a maintenance guy come over to fix multiple issues. Lots of daddy long leg spiders. ā€œGame roomā€ in the garage only had a air hockey table. No outdoor lights in the front or back. Fire pit worked nicely. Didnā€™t end up using the pool, only soaked our feet/legs 2 nights. Was a little disappointed in the pantry of the kitchen - tiny bit of pepper and salt was all that was provided. Showers were ok. Sinks in the master bath drained slow. Main master bed and queen and bunk beds were nice. Having a crib was helpful as well as a high chair.

Instructions on everything were clear, it was very clean and up to date, and it had everything we needed.
