Fabulous Southern California Sunshine, palm trees sway, and you can swim rear round! Disneyland is close enough to walk, or a short drive to the Happiest Place on Earth!
With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, you'll delight in the space to spread out and relax! 1 mile to Disneyland, you can walk or drive in 2-3 minutes. This gem is also about 20 minutes to some of the world's best beaches. Los Angeles and San Diego are close enough for day trip.
Designed with dual Master Suites with en suite bathroooms., the layout is ideal for small families and groups traveling together. Large, open Living and Dining room areas provide comfort and space to spread out. Better than cramped hotel rooms!
"Rest" assured that our bedding arrangement includes comfortable mattresses with luxurious linens:
1 Cal-King bed
2 Queen size beds and 1 Queen pull-out sofa
Bunk beds with Full on the bottom and Twin on top.
Disney-theme crib is provided.
Traveling with small children? We make it easy! Crib, High Chair and Stroller are included - no need to bring your own!

The fully-stocked Kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Whether a quick snack, simple lunch or special occasion dinner. meal preparation is easy breezy! You'll find the cooking utensils, dishes, and small appliances you need all at your fingertips. Ask us about any specialty items you may need.

The fun doesn't end inside! The outdoor oasis is like your own private resort! Ride down the Water Slide! Swim in the pool with flowing Waterfall, and hidden falls ledge! Relax after a busy day at Disneyland in the bubbling Spa! You might have so much fun in the Pool, you won't want to leave!
Ready to relax and share friendly conversation? Sip a drink, read a book, or have your morning coffee under the cabana shaded from the California Sun. In the evening, sit around the cozy Firepit, share stories and plan the next day's adventures.

Grill Steaks, Burgers or Vegies on the gas BBQ, gather around the outdoor dining table.

The Game Room offers even more fun! Air Hockey, Basketball - all here to provide hours of "indoor fun." Like having your own "fun zone."

City of Anaheim requirements: Current License #REG2015-00233
+ According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. After the signed Reservation Agreement is received, Check-in instructions will be sent which includes check-in and check-out times, check-out list and other helpful information to make your visit enjoyable.
+ Max occupancy: Max occupancy 10 individuals including children and infants. (6 adults max) Adding additional guests after the reservation is confirmed may result in added charges. No additional guests are allowed at the home at any time, no gatherings, events.
+ Min stay: 3 nights
+ Parking: 2 cars max. in driveway. No passenger vans, RVs or trailers. Cars must not encroach into sidewalk. No parking on street.
+ City Mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities including Pool, Patio, Garage game rooms, BBQ, Back Yard are off limits during these times.
+ Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions and or criminal prosecutions
+ We reserve the right to decline a reservation which results in a 2-day gap in our calendar
+ You must be 25 years old to rent one of our homes
