This lovely 3 bedroom two bathroom apartment is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Situated in a great location and only a 2 minute walk to the marina and shops. Main bedroom has a queen bed, built in robes with a second small TV and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with robes and the third bedroom also has a queen size bed with built in robes. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The large spacious lounge and dining area has a dining room suite and luxurious lounge with a large screen 58 inch Smart TV , plus reverse cycle air conditioner.

The well stocked kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and separate stove top, overlooking the dining area and out over the gardens that surround the back patio. Main bathroom has a spa bath and separate shower, this also overlooks a small private garden area. Laundry with auto washing machine and separate toilet. The unit has a Iron and ironing board.

Fully enclosed lovely small private back patio area with bench, sink and draining board, fridge/freezer and BBQ, plus outdoor seating. All surrounded by lovely maintained gardens and an Outdoor Shower to wash off after the beach. Full Private undercover carport and extra parking for boat. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
