Sleeping arrangements
The upper level has three air-conditioned bedrooms:
- Primary bedroom – King bed, ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and private patio
- Bedroom 2 – Queen bed
- Bedroom 3 – King bed + double bed
Two full bathrooms are located upstairs, with an additional powder room on the main level.

Need more space? A private lower-level king suite with ensuite bathroom, Smart TV and mini-fridge is also available. [If retaining the add-on structure: Additional charges apply; please enquire before booking.]

The villa is arranged over multiple levels. If stair access or mobility is a consideration for anyone in your group, please contact us before booking and we will gladly explain the layout.

Relax, cook & spend time together
The main level offers an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opening onto the covered patio, pool and garden — giving families plenty of room to spend time together without feeling crowded.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes full-size appliances, cookware, dining ware, a Keurig and traditional coffee maker.

Fresh linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided, along with starter household supplies.

Providence Estate offers a quieter residential setting while keeping guests close to the South Coast:
Miami Beach – approx. 5 minutes
Oistins & Fish Fry – approx. 5–7 minutes
Airport – approx. 7–10 minutes
St. Lawrence Gap – approx. 10 minutes
Restaurants, supermarkets & beaches – short drive
A rental car is recommended for guests who plan to explore the island regularly.
