5 Stars – Amazing Stay in Barbados!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa! The house itself was beautiful and exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully maintained. Danielle, the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly from the moment we booked through the end of our trip. Her responsiveness and local guidance were incredibly helpful.We also took advantage of the add-on services, including the private chef and airport shuttle, and both were top-notch—punctual, professional, and a huge value-add to our experience.The villa’s location is ideal: just a short drive from the airport/beaches, and surrounded by a great mix of restaurants and local spots.Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Barbados. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Birthday paradise

We came to celebrate a couple of birthdays and it was better than we could have imagined. The host was extremely helpful and coordinated a private chef with bartenders for an incredible birthday dinner. The property is gorgeous and had everything we needed for our trip. The pool and garden were our own private oasis and we found it hard to leave to explore the island! Would definitely come back and stay again.

Absolutely Beautiful Property

This property is absolutely amazing. From the moment we pulled up and walked in the door I was pleasantly surprised of how clean the property was. The house had everything needed and was well equipped. The back yard is breathtaking and my family spent most of the time hanging out in the back yard. I had zero issues which needed Danielle the property manager’s attention but she assisted me with recommendations of places and restaurants to visit. The property is in close proximity to the airport, the beach and restaurants. Check in and out was super easy. I have no complaints. This place was worth every dime. Will be booking again soon.

Convenient, private house with all amenities

We enjoyed our time here. The property is spacious and ideal for kids. It was great to be able to park in the enclosed garage out of the sun. The pool is on the smaller side but the kids enjoyed it. Loved that adults could hang outside and watch them while sipping on something cold. The kitchen is so spacious and served our group well. The garden at the side was nice to walk around and play in. The master bedroom is gorgeous but the other rooms lacked it's luster, I made a suggestion to put mirrors in the bedrooms that share a bathroom. I had to use my friend's master bedroom mirror for makeup. The shared bathroom's ventilation was probably the biggest issue we had. It was damp and smelly after usage if the door was left closed and I had to constantly open the balcony door across from it to try to get rid of the smell. Definitely needs a venting fan or another window. We did have an issue with the shower head being broken on arrival but it was replaced after getting in touch with Danielle. The ac in the downstairs living/dining/kitchen area could only go on or off so we did have to keep doing that when it go too hot or too cold. The interaction with Danielle and her sister and others was professional and friendly. The epitome of customer service! I would definitely stay here again given all the convenience and highly recommend for a small group, especially with kids. Follow the directions sent after booking, not the Google one or you will get lost the first time.

Modern Cool and Comfortable

I love modern architecture! An island location with a home that has modern conveniences was perfect! The lower unit AC did not work but we used it anyway so that everyone could have their own room. The pool was nice when we didn’t drive to the beach. We went to Dover Beach area which was only 12 min drive. The stove, washer dryer and televisions were great and WiFi worked fine. The garage was a PLUS! We will refer this property management and this property for sure.

Perfect Barbados Hideaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at Providence Estate! This was our 4th time coming to Barbados and this was by far the best property we've stayed at yet. The location of the property is very centrally located with multiple grocery stores within a short 5-7 min drive. We are surfers and the house is also very conveniently located for choosing the best breaks of the day (8 min to Freights, 20 min to Drill Hall/Brandends). The house is very modern and fresh, extremely clean and has all the amenities you need at a home away from home, including AC in the main part of the house (which is rare - most houses only have AC in the bedrooms for sleeping). The beds are extremely comfortable as well (something else that isn't always common for rental properties!). Danielle (property manager) was wonderful as well. She began reaching out a couple weeks before our stay and answered every little question we had with pleasure. She met us at the home upon arrival to give us a tour and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay. She is very attentive and polite and went above and beyond with whatever we needed. We will definitely be staying at Providence Estates again and would recommend it to anyone considering a vacation in Barbados!

Fantastic Villa

We stayed at the Providence Villa for 10 nights as a family of 3 generations. 4 adults & 3 children. The villa was spacious, modern and well equipped. Master bedroom was huge and the ground floor veranda overlooking the pool was amazing. Gas bbq great for outdoor catering. The gardens were large and well kept. The kids spent a huge amount of time in the pool, which suited our needs perfectly. A car is needed as amenities are a small drive away. The beaches along Barbados south coast are picturesque. Danielle looked after us amazingly well and was always available if had any small questions. The villa felt like our tropical oasis and comes very much recommended.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Providence. John and his team are truly exceptional. The property is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to staying there again very soon. Five Stars !!!

Place for a smooth vacation!

Providence Estate is an absolutely great place to spend your vacation. We staid there for 10 days (in Feb-March 2020) and were really happy with everything. If you are still contemplating and not sure about your choice, we truly recommend the place. The hosts (Danielle, Gabrielle and John) were really great – nice, friendly and helpful, you could always rely on them and expect an answer to whatever silly question you might have in a moment. The house was modern, spacious, tidy and top notch in any aspect. It was even better we expected by the photos and description. Kitchen was fully equipped, rooms spacious, bathrooms modern, high-tech everywhere. Pool was splendid, tidy and kids could bath whole day. Barbados in general is a great location with its elysian sandy beaches, great weather and nice nature. Even the fact that it can be a bit pricy, it’s definitely worth visiting and exploring. Finally, we’ve travelled quite a lot but you won’t find many places around the world were you meet so friendly and genuinely helpful people. Barbadians are really hospitable and their attitude towards outlanders is something everyone should learn from. Visit Barbados, you won’t be disappointed.

3 generations in one house!

We wanted to stay near family in the south of the island with flexibility to get around and this house was perfect. It was in a residential neighbourhood, close to all the beaches and action in Oistins, but also close to the highway. Our three generations all fitted in easily and enjoyed all the amenities of the house as well as the professionalism and friendliness of Danielle and Gabrielle. The pool was a blessing, and evenings spent out on the verandah great. It is on the flightpath of LIAT planes from the airport but we were out and about and scarcely noticed them.

Relaxing Barbados getaway

The property was exactly as depicted in the pictures - a stunning modern house, beautifully furnished with high end finishes. The kitchen was very well equipped, towels were fluffy. The outdoor entertaining area was perfect, with pretty lights at night; the grounds were well manicured and the pond was a nice touch. The check-in was well handled by Gabrielle and both she and Danielle were very friendly and on hand throughout our stay to cater to anything we needed. There was a very thoughtful welcome gift basket on arrival which made us feel very special. I would not hesitate in recommending this property .....truly a relaxing getaway.

Stunning home, gardens and views!

Excellent communication through out the entire process. The home is how it is described and even more beautiful in person. In a quiet neighbourhood. The home and grounds are lush and inviting. Would definitely stay again and have some friends already looking to book for their trip to Barbados.
