Cozy and comfortable

Thank you for your kind review and for highlighting the cleanliness, comfort, and responsiveness during your stay. We aim to provide tissue boxes in every room, so I apologize if one was missed. I check in with guests during their stay to ensure everything is going well and to address any needs. Had I known, I would have been happy to bring tissues over right away. Thank you again for your feedback, it helps us continue improving the guest experience.

I'm happy to hear that the place was perfect for you and that you enjoyed your stay in Jamaica Plain! It's great to know that you found everything you needed. Thank you for your kind words about me as the owner, and for recommending the place. You are most welcome anytime, and I would be more than happy to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your kind words about the house, I truly appreciate it. I was a bit surprised by your impression of Jamaica Plain. It’s actually one of Boston’s most vibrant neighborhoods, with wonderful restaurants, beautiful parks, and fun community events throughout the year. Over the last 7 years, I’ve hosted many single professional women who come back again and again because they love the welcoming atmosphere, the diversity, and the lively energy of the area. I’m sorry you didn’t get to experience that side of JP during your stay, but I hope you enjoyed your time in Boston overall. Warm regards, Francisco

Dear Patti, Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with me. I always strive to ensure my guests have a comfortable stay, which is why I make it a point to check in throughout their visit. I sent messages after your check-in, mid-stay, and prior to your check-out to ensure everything was going smoothly and to offer assistance. I apologize if these didn’t reach you or if there was any difficulty during your stay, as I would have been more than happy to help. Regarding the stairs, you bring up a great point. While the room is designed to be comfortable with its own private bathroom and kitchenette, the spiral staircase can be challenging for some guests. This is why I generally do not recommend the space for families with young children or individuals with mobility concerns. I will certainly consider including more details about the stairs in the listing, including a photo, to ensure future guests are fully informed before booking. Thank you again for staying with me, and I appreciate your understanding. Best regards, Francisco
