Luxury 3 bedroom 2.5 bath waterfront home with pool, spa, tiki bar, boat dock, two 60 inch flat screen TV's /DVD movie surround systems, Bose outdoor music near pool, granite, slate, and many more upgrade too numerous to mention. Located near bus line, shopping, restaurants, cinema's, water sports and white sandy beaches. Step out from the master bedroom on natural stone decking and into the sparkling new fresh water pool. Or relax beside the guest suite in the cool comfort of a private deck and private yard.

Near Famous Waikiki, Hanauma Bay, Sandy Beach, and many popular attractions of Honolulu, Hawaii. Many water sports are located near the home, including parasailing, jet skiing, and water jet flying. The golf course is within 2 miles of home.

Amazing property!

Just beautiful inside and out! Spacious with all the amenities you look for...pool,hot tub, bar, grill, whole home sound system all to yourself! awesome primary bedroom, spacious kitchen and living room... not to mention right on the canal..Home was clean, everything worked and the location was where we wanted to be.. plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 mins, Highly recommend... Thank you for a wonderful stay Randy!

Best place we have ever stayed?

Was this be best place we have ever stayed? Probably. It was perfect for our family celebration with four generations from all across the US. The pictures on Vrbo do not begin to do it justice. Decor was fabulous! Excellent communications with the host. The pool was a major attraction, and one end was a heated spa where we often watched the mountains and the swaying palm trees. The kitchen very well equipped and there were many places to eat, both inside and outside. Every room has its individual air conditioning. It is on a canal where we launched our kayak and paddle-board. We had plenty of storage space for our suitcases and clothes. There were comfy couches around the big TV. It was only about 1.5 miles from Hawaii Kai shopping centers with Costco, Safeway, CVS, urgent care, Hawaii's best shave ice, etc. I could go on and on, but it was simply a Polynesian paradise. We dream of returning some day.

A Majestic Home in Paradise

From the moment we arrived until the day we had to say goodbye, this property was phenomenal. It was by far the best VRBO home we have ever rented. Beautiful home, meticulously clean and maintained, spectacular pool/spa, terrific backyard setting, unbelievable amenities, and the location was very close to the best beaches, golf courses, and stores. The owner was incredible in his communication from the time of rental to the end of our stay. We will be returning to this Majestic Home in Paradise. It is a can't miss rental that you will be lucky to stay in.

The home was perfect, met all of our needs. We enjoyed the pool & hot tub, perfectly relaxing outdoor area. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen & dining area was nice & we had everything we needed to prepare meals. We would all consider staying at this location again. Great location!

Incredible family vacation

The location and beauty of this home was incredible. The home is well stocked for anything you need for a Hawaiian vacation with multiple generations. We had 4 generations on our trip, from 2 to 77 and we were all very happy. You are close to all the best hiking and things to do on the island. We hope to return and rent from the owner again. The property is special indeed and well maintained. We were sad to leave.

Hawaii Kai Waterfront

The house was absolutely lovely!! The open concept living room area was great for our family. The pool was great with the hot tub, and the kids really enjoyed it. The location to Hawaii Kai and the beaches/shopping was perfect. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend this beautiful house. Thank you Randy!

Relaxing vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was just what we needed. There's activities to do close to the house to do which we liked. The pool was nice after a long day. We would stay again :)

Wonderful Home

In short all I can say is that the pictures do not do this home justice. It is a very comfortable at home place to stay. The pool was the main attraction. We were up early every morning enjoying our coffee by the pool, with the wind as our friend. What a great time our family of 7 women had!!!! Very spacious with each individual room having its own A/C. Owner is very responsive. We did have a few questions to ask and he was quick to respond. I could go on and on about the home but will make it short, it was WONODERFUL . Thanks so much Randy for making this home available for us to enjoy. We would for sure stay again if we are ever in Oahu again. Aloha!!!! Theresa, Mary, Sheila, Sherry, (Lisa), Kim, Nikki, We hail from Louisiana, and Tennessee

Decent location, nice accommodations and pool

We stayed here for 10 days. Hawaii Kia is a nice place to stay on Oahu. Near Waikiki area but a bit less crowded. Very near to Costco and a Safeway. The house was clean. It could certainly use some updates but nothing was unacceptable. The pool and hot tub are nice and our kids loved that. The kitchen was reasonably well appointed. We cooked a few dinners and had essentially everything we needed re: dishes, pans, etc. No major issues or problems and I’d stay there again (this was already my 2nd time).

Excellent holiday in a perfect location

The house is very well equipped and has plenty of room for everyone. The backyard is great but would benefit from a covered lanai as there are no places to sit outside when it rains which is a shame given the outside temperature always is warm enough to stay outside The kitchen is running a little tired with several items being a little outdated, but overall there is everything you need The second bathroom is in a strange location as it connects to the 2nd bedroom via a "semi door" (more like a cabinet cover) which means you wake up when someone else is using the bathroom during night time, it would make sense with a proper door The pool and spa is great, but the neighbour's dog was a real noise maker as it was barking for prolonged periods during the day - probably because it could hear us but not see us. In summary this is a house where you can have a great holiday and either cook at home (we only used the bbq outside) or head out for dinner in Hawaii Kai or downtown Honolulu

Fantastic Home and Location

We were referred to Randy's place by friends who had stayed there and were thrilled upon arrival. Knowing nothing about the area, we quickly came to learn that Hawaii Kai, the location of this home, is one of the best areas. The house itself, while modest on the outside, was amazing. Opened up to a very roomy, open floor plan, and offered tons of privacy inside and out. Had a fantastic stay!

The backyard was like our own resort!!!

This house was perfect for our needs, as it gave us all of the comforts of being at home. The backyard was what really sealed the deal! It was truly like our own mini resort. We ended spending more time using the pool than we did going to the beach. We'd definitely consider staying their again!

Excellent.

Excellent. The backyard was very relaxing and tranquil. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool. The rooms in the home were comfortable. The location was great — not downtown, but not a terribly long drive. After a long day in downtown Honolulu, it was nice to get back to the home and away from the city. I felt the price was more than reasonable — certainly beats staying in a hotel. I would recommend this.

Amazing vacation

Property was perfect!!GREAT location, wonderful pool. Instructions on AC/TV easy to follow. It rained so much our week there, Randy without hesitation had to come over to pump the hot tub. It was a pleasure meeting him. Everything you need is there (cooler, beach towels, seasoning for food(lol)). Absolutely would recommend this property!

The most perfect place to stay on laid back East side of Island!

If you're looking for a nice relaxing stay by some of the most interesting places on O'ahu, look no further! This house had everything that you could ask for and more, cookware, utensils, grill, music that sounded great, hot tub/swimming pool with big comfortable beds and the master bedroom and bath is immense. Close to the shopping centers and grocery stores. Thank you for our stay and will differently consider this home in the future.

Wonderful open floor plan with a great hot tub, pool and tiki bar. Great for families

We had three families with children from 9 months to 3 1/2 years old stay at Randy’s place. The open floor plan offered a relaxed but very inclusive environment. The backyard was the true gem. With a hot tub, pool, tiki bar, and waterfront lounge area, dotted with palm trees and with a tropical mountain back drop, it was the perfect place to enjoy any part of the day. Randy was also very responsive, responding to texts within minutes and to emails within an hour or two. He even helped deliver a pack n play that we ordered that required a signature. I would certainly stay there again if we come back to Oahu with 2 other families.

Wonderful vacation home for family trip

This is someone's home and if toys are any indication, they have a fun life. My family stayed here and had a great time away from Waikiki. Great pool area, hammock, BBQ and bar area in the back yard. Kitchen was serviceable for meals. Wifi worked great when we needed it.

Home away from home

The house was great! We really enjoyed our stay. Our favorite place was the backyard with the pool. The house was very comfortable. Everything worked well, (AC, Fans, TV, Pool and hot-tub) We would love to come back for our next vacation.

Great Hawaii Retreat!

Our family needed a place at the last minute and Randy organized everything for our stay with just one day notice! He communicated well and made sure everything was easy for us from beginning to end. We were looking for a place away from all the hustle and the location was absolutely perfect... close to everything you need, yet away from all the crowds. It's a close drive to downtown or to more private beaches. We enjoyed morning breakfast by the pool and evenings in the hot tub just relaxing. The house was clean inside and out and provided all the amenities we needed including... plenty of towels, shampoo and soap, kitchen equipment for cooking, great laundry area, hair dryer and much more. The house was perfect and lived up to its description! Thank you! We loved our time!
