*No pets are allowed. As an allergy precaution, if any service animals will be accompanying you, we will need to be notified beforehand. If you fail to notify us, your reservation will be cancelled. If we become aware of an unauthorized pet after your stay, additional cleaning fees will be charged as compensation.
*Construction and maintenance on the property are a possibility. If this is the case during your reservation, access to the pool, landlady, and other amenities may be limited or restricted. Lei Hawaii Realty Inc. is not responsible for and will not compensate for these circumstances.
*Check-in time is after 3pm and must be scheduled by appointment 3 days in advance with Lei Hawaii Staff. Guests must be attended by Lei Hawaii Staff at check-in. If you are late for the scheduled check-in time, you will be charged $50, and will have to check in another day.
*With the agreement of Lei Hawaii Realty and a $50 credit card charge, it is possible to check in before 3pm. However, guests must confirm early check in and contact number with Lei Hawaii Realty Staff. If guests do not meet their early check in time within the 1 hour time-frame, they will have to come back at 3pm, and will be charged an additional $50.
*All guests must be registered in the condominium, otherwise building entry is not permitted.
