“Ananda,” or bliss in Sanscrit is the name of our Upper Riviera zen retreat featuring 1.05 acres of panoramic mountain views and gorgeous ocean vistas towards Montecito and the Bird Refuge. This elegant, contemporary, newly renovated home captures the essence of indoor-outdoor living with walls of glass that bring the glorious views inward. This spacious floor plan features approximately 4000 square feet of clean lines and huge windows flooding the home with natural light and views from nearly every room. House includes a sumptuous upstairs master suite with pocket doors leading to a deck overlooking the ocean, a large ensuite bathroom with a free standing tub and French doors leading to another deck with mountain views, and a gas fireplace. There is a second master suite on the first level, also with a freestanding tub and sliding glass doors that lead to a mountain view patio and two bountiful avocado trees. Both master baths include heated floors, glass stall showers and makeup vanities.
