Completely remodeled this two story home has 5 bedrooms and one bath upstairs and 1 bedroom Master suite and a second bath on the first floor.
A new wrap-around porch, new kitchen and renovated living space will provide plenty of room for up to 12. All new king beds (4), 1 new queen and a bunk with full and twin will provide comfortable sleep after a fantastic day at the beach and exploring quaint Frankfort and beautiful northwest Michigan.
Just a steps to the beach, carry your cup of morning coffee to enjoy the still air and in the evening, a cold beverage to take in the awesome sunsets.
Central air, laundry, dishwasher and kitchen appliances are ready for you to use. Outdoor grill, patio and enormous wraparound covered porch make it easy to enjoy the summer in comfort. Just a block from the quaint Frankfort downtown offering a movie theater, renowned Stormcloud brew pub and loads of fun shops and great restaurants.
There's a pond with a little waterfall to add the gentle sound of flowing water to your outdoor relaxation. The house is on a rare double lot with lots of room for play in the yard.

The home was wonderful with high end kitchen appliances, large porches with comfortable seating and a surprise spa in the back yard. The location is perfect for the beach and restaurants and shopping.

Better than the pictures show

This was a perfect property for our ski trip with 6 kid cousins. Excellent layout of bedrooms upstairs and a great dining room table for meals and games. Would highly recommend.

Large porch is the best!

Perfect home for large group. Very close to beach and town. The wrap around covered porch was our favorite place to gather and eat, drink coffee, and play games. The updated kitchen and bathrooms are great! This was our 4th time renting this home. We have always enjoyed our stays!

The house is spacious with plenty of room for all 12 of us. The kitchen is newly and beautifully remodeled, and the two new bathrooms are wonderful. Our favorite part is the huge wrap around porch that has room for our group to gather and enjoy the outdoors. The house is only a block from the beach and from town, which made for many fun excursions during our weekā€™s stay. Communication with Charles is easy and helpful.

Great location and porch

This was our second year renting this house. The location is perfect for walking to town and the Frankfort beach. Our favorite part of this home is the huge wrap around porch. We plan on renting again next year.

Frankfort stay

Great house for our family of 12. Located close to beach where we spend most days, all day. Big yard for playing badminton and croquet, kids loved it. Porch was a wonderful gathering space each morning and evening. Great week, will be back next summer!

Vacation in Frankfort

Another wonderful week . House fits our family of 12 just right. Grandkids love the beach and that itā€™s only a short walk. Going for ice cream every nite tops off their days. Needed more propane and Nicole took care of the problem right away. Great vacation!

Thanksgiving 2019

Other than a slight glitch gaining access to the property that was promptly resolved by the property owner and HomeAway we had a very enjoyable Thanksgiving at the home. Kitchen was well supplied, ample bedding and towels and great location to town, beach, and stores. Did not seem crowded with a full group of eleven people. Would return next year.

Amazing front porch

This house was the perfect location and set up for 2 families + Nana! We slept great in the comfy beds and there was plenty of space for the pack n play in the downstairs suite. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, Stormclouds brewery, and ice cream and waving hello to passerbys from the wrap around porch where we spent most of our time and ate most of our meals. The owners were responsive to questions and welcomed us with local goodies and a clean house. We will be back!

The owner is excellent and easy to communicate with! Upon entering the home, it is so cozy and feels welcoming. The home is beautiful! The location is within walking distance from downtown and the beach. I would definitely come back here.

Amazing vacation

Another amazing week in Frankfort at this property! Great set up for 3 generation trip with 9 guests ages 3 - 68. Central air, spacious dining and kitchen and amazing front porch. Love the welcome gift and very responsive to any issues. Nice to have linens provided and not to have to strip the beds when leaving to catch a flight back to hot north carolina. Easy walk to the beach and relaxing outdoor furniture to watch kids play and friendly people and pets walk by. Will be back!

Great place, great location!

First off, Frankfort is just a gem of a town - and the location of this house cannot be beat! We were just steps from both the beach (which always felt like we had to ourselves) and the cute little downtown. The house had a wonderful porch and great common spaces for the 9 of us to gather comfortably. The kids loved the games and books and we made great use of the outdoor fireplace for Smores. We had a little trouble figuring out a few things upon check in and suggest a welcome book in the future. The upstairs bedroom layout is a touch odd too, but it worked fine. Everyone in our group, ages 2-65 slept great and had a truly wonderful time!

Perfection

This ideally located (11/2 blocks to the beach and 2 to shops) property was well-stock with all the essentials. The highlight of the home is the spacious front porch wrapped around 3 sides of the house. We spent very little time indoors and there are even light throws for the evenings. These owners have thought of everything!
